Within one month they had found two buyers who were ready to make viable offers one of which i accepted. Not professional and not happy with the service at all. First everything was good. But Joe lied to us saying it was a probate property and the water was shut. The truth was the property was not a probate property and also the bathroom has a leak and walls was all covered up with wallpaper. Wall has cracks all over the place. To other customers be careful with them and get a builder to check the building because they lie to their customers.

A delayed review, but I wanted to come back to review Acorn Swanley after they dealt with our sale last year. Hayley and her team were all thoroughly professional, enthusiastic and friendly. Everyone was always responsive, gave us a call back when needed and replied to emails promptly. Going with Acorn was probably the only thing that went 100% well with our sale!

I was immediately impressed by their professional “no nonsense” approach and the very good advice they gave me on how to best market the property. Nellie and her team were a huge help throughout the buying process for us. Nellie was always available for advice, even out of office hours, which was a huge help for us as first time buyers. We had a lot of questions but always felt reassured and supported.
