Harrison has a great sense of humour, as do the rest of the staff, and all of our questions were answered clearly and promptly. Communication was excellent throughout, and we were kept fully informed at every stage of the sale.

I recently attended a property viewing where I was greeted by Harrison Bradley, and I must say that of all the viewings I’ve done over the past few months, Harrison orchestrated the process with the upmost professionalism.
Our first viewing was unlike others I’ve experienced with other companies—it didn’t feel rushed, yet we somehow managed to cover all of my initial queries within the 15 minutes before the next viewers arrived.
A second viewing was then arranged, and fortunately we were the final viewers, which allowed us additional time to thoroughly inspect the property.
Harrison must have been an interior designer in a past life, as he offered some excellent suggestions for potential layout alterations.

I recently completed on the sale of our family home after a lengthy probate process. We sought valuations from several agents. Matt and Michelle stood out immediately for their fairness, honesty, and deep understanding of the situation I was facing. They showed genuine care and compassion throughout, never pressuring me to list the property before I was ready -unlike some other agents. Whenever I had a question, they were always available by phone, and visiting their branch was consistently a welcoming and pleasant experience.

I would like to thank Robinson Jackson (RJ) for all their assistance in selling my maisonette. It was not an easy process, because there was an issue with the lease agreement. However, Michelle was very proactive and enthusiastic. She gave me some excellent advice, which empowered me to get the issue resolved.
Once I was in a position to sell, RJ secured several viewings over a period of maybe two weeks and this quickly brought in a few decent offers - despite the fact that it was over December.
Michelle and her team at Swanley are right on the ball, namely Gemma and Matt. They are also very pleasant people to deal with. Their knowledge of the Swanley area is comprehensive and their valuation of my property was proven to be accurate.
After a previous negative experience with an estate agent, RJ are a breath of fresh air. If you are thinking of selling, I highly recommend this team.

We contacted Robinson & Jackson (Swanley) in the middle of 2023, and initially spoke with Michelle. We explained that we were not able to put the property up for sale immediately and made it clear it would take some considerable time before we were able to proceed, this was not an issue, and a valuation was provided following a short appointment.
Once we were in a position to put the property up for sale, we refreshed our marketing options and chose Robinson & Jackson based upon the numerous positive reviews, local knowledge, value for money and previous sale statistics.
On instruction to proceed, Michelle and the team got to work with arranging the EPC documentation along with the proposed marketing advertisement, which were sent to us for comment/ approval prior to being published.
As soon as the property was put up for sale, we have been provided with regular updates along with advice to improve the sale process, all of which have been greatly received and invaluable in ensuring the sale goes as smoothly as is possible.
Overall, we and have been really pleased with the way in which the sale process has been managed and would have no reservations in using Robinson & Jackson to manage any future property sales.

I chose Robinson and Jackson from other quotes I was given because although they were not the cheapest they were the most honest in their calculation of their fees ( including vat and other hidden costs). Matt got the process rolling and was very clear in his explanation of what happens.When the process appeared to stall, Michelle Branch manager got things back on track and kept me in the loop with communications , Gemma also calmed me when I rang a bit anxious on occasions. The only difficulty I found was when the process was handed on to the forwarding team at a different branch. I prefer to deal with people I've met and I would of preferred for the sale to continue within the branch I chose.
In the end Michelle in swanley branch did oversee the sale to completion and I'm very grateful for that.

It is so sad that the Sales Office team at the Swanley Branch are let down by a rather sleepy Ebbsfleet Sales Progression Team. Marketing and sales was well handled by Gemma, Zack, Michelle and Matthew. The problems only started when the process was handed over to the Ebbsfleet Sales Progression Team. I chased many times trying to get updates as to why things were not progressing and they would only follow up with the buyers when I made enquiries. I never had confidence that the Ebbsfleet Sales Progression Team were proactively on top things. When I eventually gave up hearing over and over that the buyer’s were just waiting for their mortgage to be approved, I got on the phone to the Sales Progression Team who after four months exclaimed in a quite surprised tone “I don’t know what’s going on, they haven’t even got their mortgage approved yet!!” I do have some doubts about the robustness of the vetting of the buyers who we were advised had their mortgage offer and deposit in place. To improve things I would keep the sales process ownership with the Swanley Office, as the Ebbsfleet Sales Progression Team did not in my case ‘progress’ anything . Finally when I explained that I would be marketing the property afresh with a new competitor agent, no attempt was made to keep my business. I would have expected a call to say that they could re-market the property quicker than going with another agent, or that they had other interested leads on their books, or that they could go back out to the other parties who had also made offers, etc. but there was no such attempt. That really surprised me. To summarise, Senior Management need to look at the sales handover process of their business, as I suspect it is costing the branch teams dear. Thanks to the Swanley Sales Office Team for all their work though.

The sales/negotiating team are great, but once they've sold the house and it changes hands that's where it stops. We decided to do the viewings after seeing lots of people touching our stuff and the company not adhering to the covid rules with viewings only to serious buyers etc.
Our buyers wanted to negotiate us leaving the white goods in the house, we said "no they are for sale, not for free", it was left at that but a couple of times the agent said "you're already leaving your white goods what more do they want" and I kept correcting that we were not leaving them. We weren't made aware that they had been told "ok", until exchange, and by then it's too late to do anything. £1200 out of pocket to replace the white goods we had to leave.
I submitted a complaint and it got forwarded around and then ignored, so I sent another 2 weeks later. I just got a "sorry you felt like we didn't communicate enough but it's up to you to check" and passing the blame onto the solicitors. Outrageous. Not worth the 1% fee.
The same person even called me (the vendor) mistaking me for the buyer, talking about renegotiating the price after the house survey, and in one call even started asking me how my mum died, I was just gobsmacked. So unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend these agents to anyone in the area.

We owe our house purchase going through to the Robinson & Jackson team. Michelle, Laine, Terri and Matt all played their part. Anything that you can imagine going wrong with a house purchase went wrong at no fault of R&J and yet they managed to get us over the line. I spoke to Michelle more than I did my wife over the last couple of months. Lol. And nothing was ever too much. She stayed late and talked us through each different situation that arose. The best way to describe them is although it's a business, they genuinely care. You are not a name in the system. You are a person with hopes and dreams for your new home. And they stopped at nothing to make that a reality. Thank you so much and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Have just completed on a property with the Swanley branch. The initial meeting with Hannah went very well and she easily showed us around the property making us feel very welcome, with good knowledge too.
Dealing with the sales progressors from Dartford felt a bit cold with their emails but they were to the point.
Talking to Matthew and Hannah stood out to my wife and I in conversations as they really were willing to go the extra mile and helped greatly and are a true credit to Robinson & Jackson. When my wife and I visited the Swanley branch to collect the keys after completing Matthew was genuinely very happy for us and it was great to meet him in person too as he has a warm and infectious personality.

First time property buyers:)
We came across Robinsons Jackson when looking for our first property and our new home. The whole process, from the first point of contact to final stages of the purchase, was efficient and well managed. The Sales Advisor was the best we came across, friendly and professional as well as other Staff members we had the chance to meet in person and speak to in the branch.
The responses to email were almost immediate, the arrangements of viewings ( first and 2nd) managed very well.
As potential buyers we placed offer on the property we really liked and the offer was accepted - we even found that out over the weekend I believe it was Sunday.
We were concerned about sth called `gazumping`. However, as soon as we received confirmation that mortgage offer is accepted, the property was listed as sold/stc on RJ website and taken off other property listings. There was no `under offer` approach like some other Agencies may have, where property continues to be listed on the market with I assume aim to get the next best offer.
We also appreciate that RJ has a dedicated team of staff involved in the later stages of the sales/purchase, making sure that both parties are in the same stage and the process is smooth and without unnecessary delays.
We had confidence in the way things were handled and we came out of this process with home that we really like. We would recommend RJ Swanley to anyone interested in buying their first home or anyone who is looking to buy/rent/sell.

Fantastic experience selling our house with R&J Swanley. Michelle and Matt done everything they could possibly do to get the house on the market and sold as quickly as possible (after a disastrous 15 month hellish, waste of time with Wards - Eynsford, that cost us lots of time & £30,000). Nothing was too much for them and their sales progresser Terri was a credit to them. She took calls daily from me and constantly chased solicitors etc as she was also aware of what we had been through. I can't recommend them enough. We made a stupid mistake and went with the wrong agency previously, if only we chose them first we'd be £30,000 better off and with less wrinkles and grey hairs.... Really positive experience, the team are well established and very, very knowledgeable regarding property and local markets. There is an old saying of you get what you pay for and Robinson Jackson offer excellent value for money, in assisting with 2 sales in the area they achieved offers above my expectations.
Reading through some of the other reviews I just have to correct a few of them, as far as not being able to speak to them - they have always been there when I have called, Ive walked in and spoke to them face to face whenever I have been in the area. For someone to say that they did not hear anything for months is laughable, the other thing to remember with agents is that they wont get paid until the house sale goes through so there is no reason why they would drag a sale out.
The lady with the story about London road who goes by the name of "admin team" writes a fictional tale remiss of George RR Martin. It literally is a great How-To guide of how to be an idiot trying to buy a house. Going to an owner directly and negotiating a deal? There is nothing worse! how would the owner ascertain that you can actually afford the property?
Usually I dont like to berate other reviews in my review but there are so many inaccuracies with the reviews here it has taken me back. My advice, if you are thinking of selling, call them out for a chat. It costs nothing. Failing that, look on Rightmove to see who has the most properties for sale, there is a reason behind that.

Minus -1*. I think their service is extremely poor, deceitful, dishonest and evasive. Went to view a property on London road, apparently was owned by expats. Had questions regarding loft-conversion and whether the sellers had a structural report to hand(Didn't have one, nor was it mentioned in ad).This was a risk knowing I could be putting my family in danger. I became suspicion of their sales staff Hannah who kept quite throughout the viewing as we wanted to ascertain info from her Knowledge which was very limited. Sales agents being quite during a sale, isn't always best.I found her to be less engaged and interested. I caught her off guard and on the spot, asked togo back to the office and call her client infront of us as we were serious buyers, ready to move forward. We got back to their Swanley office where there was another colleague Emma who was in the background pretending to be busy and not listening to the conversation. Please remember Hannah had told us that the sellers where living in Austalia so that means there's a 24hr different and I find it very hard to believe you could call someone in a different time zone and get a response to negotiate a sell at early hours in morning. Things started to get abit weird when Hannah called this pretend client no response at first then 30sec later her colleague Emma meraculusly receives a call from Australia, it's the seller ready to negotiate. At this point I knew they were dodgy or desperate as the property hadn't sold for weeks. I deliberately went in low and offered to test the waters. Seller who is meant to be on the phone to Hannah declines and wants more. In the End I offered £2500 below the asking price. However Hannah makes gesture to imply they want £500 more, I laughed and declined as I thought this seller couldn't be serious. I believe it was RJ who had full control and Emma just role played as if she was speaking to her customer. We were presented with another ex authority house 5min away, Hannah didn't want to take us and said we should visit the area and see. However we went to view it, I decided to approach to owener personally whilst there arranged my own viewing, which I would recommend, agreed a price went back to office. The look in her face and sound of voice was displeased as clearly she knew the last property was more expensive where she our budget. Whereas the seller was willing to tax £10k below the asking price for personal reasons. However I felt this was all too good to be true. As I went through the paper work Hannah gave me thier own RJ queries to thier client. As I investigated the questions only then to find "NO FIND" under building type. So being a precautionist I carriedout my research with other lenders, experienced architects and reviews. NO FIND was invented by Taylor wimpy after the war. It was not financially viable to rebuild London and other bombed cities with conversational masonry bricks, but rather poured into cement blocks with stones, non- piled foundation. Today we call it fabricated quick assemble homes, not designed to latest over 100yrs. Hence banks would require atleast 20%dp or more against risk element. So I decided to investigate further on the area of Kent.
Another thing I fount with estate agents they don't inform you of hazardous area zones of Radon which is the second most deadliest unseen gas globally to cause cancer and kill. I'm disgussed to learn that, this free information can be obtained on local government searches. RJ failed to display the levels of which the areas they cover has a extremely high risk, and should be transparent in their adverts as they have a duty of care as they offer a service to the public. No excuses. If people really knew this, they would realise these houses being sold within these "Radon" high risk zones would truly expose it worth. Senior management is a joke not serious, Matt and director who in my opinion absolutely promote misselling.
These Unregulated companies and greed has damaged the markets.

This was our first time we had sold a property so when Matt came in with his Salesman approach of 'I know 200 people looking for a house like your's' I should have known it was too good to be true but anyway I still went with them.
Considering they sold the property from new build, the plans they put on the website were wrong!
They valued the property at £345k and to be fair to them the sales price was £327k however this was only after chasing them constantly to try and get a response about people who had been to see our house. It took nearly 2 and a half months and we hardly had any viewings. The company just didn't care about anything to do with the property as long as they sold it.
Matt also gave us rubbish about 'you will have me as a point of contact', didn't hear from him again.....
Once the house was sold officially I think in November we did not hear from Robinson and Jackson again until around Feb time, they gave us no updates on the sale, no information about how the chain was doing, nothing. We thought this all came through the solicitor until we received a call from Village Estates in Sidcup (for another part of the chain). Village Estates contacted us regularly with an update and gave us everything we needed.
After receiving a call from the manager at R&J we were told in Feb that the lady dealing with our after sales was Jackie, to which we replied 'who?'. They were supposedly meant to have contacted us every week, given us updates, let us know how things were progressing but we'd had nothing.
Still after everything we have only heard from the company once or twice since we have accepted the price.
Be warned, if you want service don't go with Robinson And Jackson Swanley, incompetent, lazy, money grabbing salesmen.
If you want your house only to be sold and you don't care about service, go to an online one.
If you want to sell your house, constantly have to chase up your estate agent, pay over the odds in comparable to the service you get and then get absolutely no contact for months because they have got you an acceptable offer, go to Robinson & Jackson in Swanley, they would be perfect for you
