Langford Russell have been exceptional in supporting my mum through her recent sale, and in keeping me closely informed as her move directly impacted my own chain. Throughout the entire process, their communication, professionalism and commitment have been faultless.<br><br>In particular, Sophie has gone above and beyond on countless occasions. She has proactively chased multiple parties, kept momentum when things stalled, and made sure everyone stayed aligned so the sale could progress. What really stood out was her consistency — replying early, late, after hours, even while unwell — simply because she didn’t want my mum or the chain to lose pace. That level of dedication is rare in any industry, let alone one as stressful as property sales.<br><br>Sophie’s personable nature, empathy, and genuine care made a difficult process far easier for both of us. She treated my mum with patience and kindness, and she kept me updated at every stage without ever being asked. It’s clear she takes pride in doing her job properly, and her team reflect the same standard.<br><br>My only regret is that I didn’t have the chance to work with Sophie on my own sale — but Langford Russell will absolutely be my first choice in future. Hi Northumberland is the best branch ever I have experienced it because I was looking for 3 bed house but I was struggle to find affordable then I have visit Northumberland branch and inside I visit vicky who show me house and I visit she helped me step by step vicky is the person who helped me to get my house with my kids so I recommend 100 percent that vicky will not disappoint you she will help you with anything that you struggle she is the person who will provide you your dream house thanks a lot a lot to vicky and Northumberland branch!!!!

Amy and the team were marvellous. It took a week to find a tenant where another agency had the property for over 5 weeks.<br>Once handed to Acorn the delivery, communication and service was top tier. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely shocking people to deal with
Watch out for the clause at the end of the contract where if they do not sell your property you have to pay for the photography and the photos are not yours

I cannot recommend Langford Russell in Sidcup highly enough. My mother's property was listed with another local agent in Sidcup for almost 2 years. They were incredibly negative about the market for retirement homes and did little or nothing to secure a sale. In desperation to sell and pay my mother's care home fees, I moved to Langford Russell where I met the tenacious Jack Power!! Jack from the outset had a very positive approach toward the sale and in weeks secured several viewings and a firm offer. He worked tirelessly to ensure the sale went through by communicating regularly with myself, the buyer and respective solicitors. I am so grateful to Jack for his unwavering patience and professionalism but most of all for his determination and commitment to secure a sale. I highly recommend this estate agent, particularly Jack Power. Thank you Jack! :)

We were having trouble with selling our flat. After 2 offers that pulled out, we changed state agents to Acorn Sydenham. Harrison White took the lead. He has always been very responsive, very good at communicating with us, and extremely professional. He went above and beyond, to the point that he got us our buyers when we had finalised our contract with Acorn 1 month before. After all the struggles, we have finally exchanged. And wholeheartedly, this wouldn't have been possible without Harrison White. superb!!! thank you again!

I had a very nice experience with Acron Grove Park, especially Louise King, throughout the whole purchasing process. The team were highly responsible and responsive, and communication was always prompt and clear.
They helped ensure the transaction progressed very smoothly from start to finish, which made the entire process much less stressful. Whenever there were any issues or questions on my side, they were quick to follow up and communicate efficiently with the seller to resolve them.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided and would happily recommend them to others.

Nellie from Acorn came to value the property and she was very thorough. She's very experienced and dealt with the whole process in a seamless way, from suggesting minor cosmetic improvements, recommending a property management company, to a solicitor dealing with conveyancing. After many viewings and and we had accepted an offer within a month.

Beth and the team at Acorn were always friendly and helpful. They never pressured us into a decision and always offered help and support when we needed it. Good communication, responsive and calm, and it felt like they were genuine about wanting to help us. Everyone they put us in touch with for the purchase process performed very well.
