I'm really happy with this company and the way they work and communicate. In particular I would like to send my praises to Harrison in sales as he helped me a lot with my enquires on some properties. I didn't find what I was looking for but anytime there was something I might be interested in he would liaise with me. Thank you again Harrison and the team. A big thank you to James Keen for all his help in securing our rental property. James was extremely helpful throughout the viewing and rental process and made our move to the area much easier.<br><br>After a few initial challenges settling into the property and with the management handover, I would particularly like to recognise Esther Kerenge, who has been exceptional since taking over as our Property Manager.<br><br>We had a number of outstanding maintenance items following our move, and Esther has been incredibly responsive, professional and proactive in helping us work through them. She communicates clearly, follows up when she says she will, keeps us informed, and genuinely cares about getting things resolved properly.<br><br>Most recently, Esther responded very quickly when we discovered a potential leak, arranging for an excellent contractor to attend and ensuring the issue was dealt with promptly. She has also coordinated the completion of a number of other outstanding maintenance items, always remaining helpful, patient and positive throughout.<br><br>What I appreciate most is that Esther manages the relationship in a way that feels fair and constructive for both tenant and landlord. We take a lot of pride in looking after the property as if it were our own, and it makes such a difference having a Property Manager who recognises that and works collaboratively with us.<br><br>Esther is an absolute credit to Acorn, and I wanted to make sure her professionalism, responsiveness and excellent customer service were recognised. Thank you, Esther, for everything you do — it is very much appreciated.<br><br>And thank you again to James for helping us find and secure a home that we are very happy in.

I’m very disappointed with the way your agency has handled my valuation appointment.<br><br>I originally contacted you to arrange a valuation of my flat, and we agreed on a date. On the morning of the appointment, I was contacted and told that the person coming to see the property was sick. I completely understand that these things can happen, so I was happy to rearrange the appointment.<br><br>We then agreed on another date, and once again, on the actual day of the appointment after a week , I was contacted and told that the person was sick again.<br><br>I’m sorry, but at this point I find the situation extremely unprofessional. I specifically changed my day off and made arrangements to be at home on both occasions, only to be cancelled on the day each time.<br><br>I understand that people can become unwell, but cancelling twice on the day of the appointment, after I have rearranged my own schedule to accommodate you, is very disappointing and shows very little consideration for my time.<br><br>Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning the level of professionalism and organisation within your agency.

Throughout the buying process I found Hannah to be refreshingly honest and transparent. During what can be sometimes be a difficult process to navigate, I always felt like I knew where I stood due to her clear and proactive communication. Overall a very positive experience, with a timeline of 8 weeks from offer accepted to completion.
