John Payne provided an excellent service in helping us sell our property. From the beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and very supportive throughout the whole process.
What stood out most was their continued and active support for arranging views and update on the situation. We have tried two other agencies before John Payne and the result of making the sale say the difference in their services.

Selling a property can often be stressful, but the team at John Payne Blackheath made the whole process smooth and well managed from start to finish.
They were professional, proactive and always quick to respond whenever I had questions. Their communication was clear throughout, and they worked hard to coordinate with all parties involved to ensure the transaction progressed efficiently.
I really appreciated their support and guidance during the sale. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend John Payne to anyone looking to sell in the Blackheath area.The property completed successfully and I’m very pleased with the service provided.

Although we did not move forward with the flat we viewed with John Payne, we found the service level to be a real breath of fresh air.
Quick call back from enquiry, and friendly demeanour on the phone. We were shown around a property by Oliver and although not right for us, we were both impressed with him. He was informative, and direct, and I did not feel like I was being lead up the garden path with cheap sales language.
Would absolutely recommend, and in particular Oliver at the Blackheath branch!

Langford Russell were great. Professional and responsive and helped smooth the process of renting the maisonette all through. We were particularly pleased with the approach and help from Jack Frendo who assisted us from the initial viewing through to settling in and help with accessing and interfacing with the landlord. Highly recommended.

We bought our flat 4 years ago with John Payne and had a positive experience, and so it was the natural decision to choose to sell with them when it was time to upsize. Will, Ollie, and the whole team were an invaluable part of our property sale, from scheduling the viewings to be as convenient as possible for us, to securing excellent offers, to being absolutely critical when it came to navigating a long and sprawling chain, keeping us informed throughout. Ollie in particular was an absolute star at keeping everything running smoothly and keeping us sane, in the final days leading up to exchange. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you are looking to buy or sell in Blackheath!

Having completed on our flat yesterday, I can say that the whole process wouldn’t have been as smooth if it wasn’t for Harrison and his team.
The professionalism, the care and the attention to detail from the whole team made ir so that, getting on the property ladder, was an easier process than the one we anticipated.

I had a very nice experience with Acron Grove Park, especially Louise King, throughout the whole purchasing process. The team were highly responsible and responsive, and communication was always prompt and clear.
They helped ensure the transaction progressed very smoothly from start to finish, which made the entire process much less stressful. Whenever there were any issues or questions on my side, they were quick to follow up and communicate efficiently with the seller to resolve them.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided and would happily recommend them to others.

I can’t recommend Banji highly enough. He was professional, efficient, and made the entire process incredibly easy.
I spoke to him, viewed the property, and everything was completed within the same day. Paperwork sorted and agreements signed. I honestly couldn’t believe how smooth it was.
Even when he was put in an uncomfortable situation, through no fault of his own, he handled it extremely professionally, which helped me feel comfortable as well. A real credit to his role. Thank you.

Overall we had a positive experience purchasing our apartment with the Bermondsey Street agency. Nerea Rodríguez was especially helpful in the search phase and played an important role in helping us find the right property.
The team stayed engaged throughout the process and supported us during the purchase. Communication could sometimes be quite frequent, but we appreciated their commitment to moving things forward and completing the transaction smoothly.
