With the rental market being in decline, we’ve found it tricky to find the right place. First time buyer here, which was very nerve-racking for me out the gate. There were lots of things i didnt know i needed to do and many things that just sounded alien to me. This was until i was put in contact with Cal Siswick (who i think works at the york branch), she helped progress the whole sale putting in so much effort and dealing with very unhelpful solicitors. She was resilient in keeping in contact with everyone in the chain and guided me through the whole process. Without her, i dont think everything would have actually gone through in the end. So I cant thank her enough, and thank you to the branch for selecting her for my flat purhcase.
