Very pleased with the service I received from L&S in terms of the sale of my house.<br>Both Mollie and Laura have been very professional , friendly and efficient during the whole process. Good communication via email and phone has helped alleviate a lot of the anxieties that inevitably arise.

We were very happy with how Laura, Molly and the team handled the sale of our house. My wife and I have been house hunting and Molly (Dunn) has shown us around multiple properties.<br>Molly is both professional and incredibly friendly and made us feel super comfortable at each viewing. The original estimate was £180k. I moved to a modern auction on their recommendation with an asking price of £120k after no interest. There was not interest at £120k and currently I'm selling the property privately at £95k.

I went to Linley and Simpson to get some information about whether to rent out or sell my property.
