From the moment I first contacted Urban & Rural to view the house I have now moved to - and subsequently to engage them to look after the sale of my old house, Duncan, David and Tracey (and Darryl and Ash) were brilliant. We started our house buying process back in mid-late 2024. We dealt with Duncan from Urban and Rural from our first viewing. What can I say, to have Duncan steer us through the process was a god send. Always happy to take a call, a fantastic middle man, helping to arrange further viewings and dealing with any questions. He really did take the stress away.
Through until day of exchange and collecting keys he was there to check in and provide updates. A very last minute and stressful key exchanged caused by the banks Duncan kept us up to speed every 20 minutes providing updates.
We are so thankful to him for helping us with the process. Would highly recommend Urban and rural and Duncan!

Because our house was included in part exchange, we had 5 different estate agents selling the property over a 6 month period. The one who stood out, and who eventually got us the sale was Urban & Rural. They used a professional photographer to really show off the house at its best, they were great at accommodating our request for 24 hours notice on viewings, all viewings were accompanied and feedback was excellent.
Unsurprisingly, Urban & Rural got the sale. Duncan our main contact was a pleasure to deal with and was helpful in too many ways to mention. I’d use them (in particular Duncan) again any time, but I’m hoping I won’t be moving home again for a few years yet.
