We lived in an apartment managed by Madison Brook, and even though the entire tenancy was a nightmare, Edward was the only agent who helped us throughout the entire year.
We were supposed to drop our keys at one of their offices; however, we couldn't because they were very far away, and we had to work.
In the end, Edward managed to come and get the keys on a Saturday, even though he was not our agent. He is the only person I can recommend at MB! Very polite, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile for a client. Well done, and thank you for your help!

They accepted to take us with the complicity of lampton360 and hounslow council who did not care about the minimum size requirement of bedroom .
We pay £1204 for a flat they know that it was converted from a studio to one bedroom flat
So me and my wife we have a bedroom of 7 sqm and they see it lovely flat
They ignored the health and safety of the size of this room and they are answering me arrogantly when I complained thinking that they are the only one who know the law
The flat they are offering for the council are the most degrading and they usually used this to get the maximum cash of thoses places
This is how inflation goes up . Because of estates agents and if the government don’t stop them we ll soon end up paying 1 bedroom flat in west London around £2000 .
This my prediction and I know who causes it . Not Covid not other factor , is the opportunistes

We recently completed a purchase with Madison Brooks as the estate agents on the transaction. It can be a cliche to say that they “went the extra mile” but in this case this absolutely true.
We had several different issues which wouldn’t have resolved without the active support from the team (Stuart B, Carina, Valentina are super stars). Examples;:
- the seller needed to stay post completion for a few weeks. The team engaged their lettings team to come up with a plan to have a short term tenancy agreement. Loaded with both our and seller’s solicitors to fine tune (we didn’t need it in the end but thanks for your efforts)
- there were various last minute documents needing our signatures, which the team helped even post back with no charge to us!
- the near constant liaison with our solicitors to keep one step ahead about any potential issues that may arise.
The only one thing I’d say is sometimes it the communications can come from different team members and it could be duplicated which can be better streamlined.
Overall a pleasure to work with the team and all the best to them.

I have dealt with many estate agents over the years for matters of both professional and personal nature. This company is 'a cut above the rest' especially in Greenwich and the South East. Many estate agents lack good customer service and the attitude of their staff at times does beggar belief. Most seem to lack business acumen and do not seem to understand the concept of repeat business and future referrals from their customers.
George Coshall the office manager at Greenwich is a highly professional and extremely knowledgeable gentleman with excellent customer service and a very positive attitude. I have dealt with him for over two years and the gent would go places with the level of service offered! Same goes for the other consultants I have met at their offices.
I wish them continued success and highly recommend them as a company to deal with for anyone in the property market. I look forward to dealing with Madison Brook International for years to come.

Really professional and responsive. Addressed queries regardless of time - felt like they were a 24 hour estate agent. Also they kept themselves informed internally - if I spoke to one agent and another called me back, they clearly had communicated with each other, meaning I didn't feel like they didn't know what was going on.
Overall, very professional, understood my needs and accommodated last minute requests with professionalism and understanding.

When purchasing properties they have delivered opportunities below market value, with regards to rentals they have always secured strong tenancies paying above market rates, and on management they simply take care of all responsibilities using their initiative to make sure everything runs like clockwork. It's incredible that this is all delivered for such competitive fees.
What surprised me most is their ability to rent properties all over London. As they continued to exceed my expectations I started to give them properties out of their area, and they not only managed to let them on time but achieved better rents than competing agents in the local area.
I now just use Madison Brook for all my property matters, as I can rest assured that everything will be taken care of to the highest standards, allowing me to devote my time and efforts to other areas of my life.

I cannot recommend Madison Brook highly enough. I have dealt with the Greenwich office and their attention to detail has been faultless. The level of communication has been excellent, from finding me a suitable tenant to collecting and forwarding the rent, everything has been seamless.
