Maddison Brook and specially Vanessa were definitely an amazing experience. They not only found us the apartment we wanted but also were incredible on the answers and solving the struggles of a stressful move. Vanessa always made sure we were clear on next steps and what we needed so we never felt any stress. Thank you all for the great work and amazing customer care.

Madison Brook appears to be a very professional estate agent, with strong local knowledge and excellent communication throughout the process. An offer on the property was accepted within about six weeks of it going onto the market.
The accepted offer was almost 4% below the guide price, but this was likely influenced by the recent sale of another near-identical property within the same block.

My experience with Madison Brook Twickenham has unfortunately been extremely disappointing. They have been managing the rental of my flat, and almost every matter has been frustrating to deal with and handled unprofessionally.

I appointed a managing agent to reduce the stress and workload of renting out my property, but instead, dealing with Madison Brook has created more work and frustration than managing it myself.

In particular, my experience with Natasha has been very poor. I found her communication rude, her service inefficient, and her approach to client service seriously lacking. Issues that should have been straightforward were unnecessarily difficult and frustrating to resolve.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Madison Brook for property management.

Madison Brook were fantastic. Ed Whyte was incredible throughout, and managed to get an offer on our flat within a week of listing. Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
