I’ve had a lovely experience renting a flat via Abu Soloku at Madison Brook.<br>I’m a pensioner who is being temporarily relocated due to building works on my house and I’d never privately rented before in my life!<br><br>Abu was throughly patient and professional throughout the process, from making appointments and viewing the property to answering all my questions and explaining the process.<br><br>I don’t like phone calls, but Abu and the team at Madison Brook ensured that I was kept up to date throughout by emails and texts, which I really appreciated.<br><br>I would thoroughly recommend.

Had a brilliant experience renting through Madison Brook, especially with Abu and Ruggero. Both were incredibly professional and efficient. During the viewing, Abu showed a great relationship with the previous tenants, which really highlights their excellent service. Highly recommend!

The accepted offer was almost 4% below the guide price, but this was likely influenced by the recent sale of another near-identical property within the same block.

Dawn and Claire took such good care of me during the sale of my flat. As a first time seller, I was unsure of process and protocol but the ladies were there to advise me every step of the way.
Dawn was brilliant with her sales advice and approach, which meant I was able to get the price I wanted.
Claire gave so much support through the sales progression. She kept me updated and helped liaise between all parties, helping to push it through quickly.

Madison Brook were fantastic. Ed Whyte was incredible throughout, and managed to get an offer on our flat within a week of listing. Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
