I have to say I am not one to write reviews but after the Service I have received from Dawn and her team in selling my Late Aunts property in Twickenham, their efforts does truly deserve a glowing review.
We had 3 agents we called out to carry out the initial valuation and out of all Dawn at Madison Brook was the one we decided to use and sell through.
The reason for my family's decision to go with Dawn was pure and simply down to the fact that she was the ONLY one that listened to what my family needed.
We didn't want to be rushed, we needed time and to get the best price and Dawn delivered on all this points.
This was a delicate situation already and we were looking for an Agent that was willing to go the extra mile and Dawn and the team definity delivered here and they have put back our faith back in Estate agents to show that there are some good ones out there.
