We have recently completed on our property in West Derby. The sale was problematic as the house had been damaged by flood water and we lost faith in the previous estate agent for their incompetence. However in came Dean, from the start of the process he was, positive, dynamic, well informed on his market, and nothing was too much trouble! We live in Scotland and needed someone who we could trust and to deal with the fast balls that house sales inevitably produce , this Dean was able to provide! My wife and I have bought and sold many houses over the years, 18, and Dean from Magsproperty has been, by a long way the very best we’ve had. He’s is thoroughly recommended!

We used Mags for a property sale and I have to say that the service was exceptional. The information went live very quickly and the pictures and information made us want to buy it all over again! Codie in particular was absolutely amazing and really went above and beyond, kept us in the loop and didn't shy away from any difficult conversations she needed to have with us.
Initially, we were unhappy as we were told by Dean that our buyers were cash and it would be a quick transaction so accepted the offer etc. It was actually a slightly complicated chain that took a little longer so my advice would be to have the position of your offer clarified. Overall I would use Mags again its the negotiator that keeps it all ticking along (give Codie a pay rise :) ).

I recently sold a house with Mags, following recommendations from friends. Tom listened and completely understood my needs and wishes. The sale was flawless from beginning to end. Tom pitched the asking price perfectly to generate plenty of interest and viewings with a sale following very shortly afterwards.
The whole team at Mags are very professional, friendly and helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Codie was exceptional and went above and beyond by in particular proactively dealing with negotiations and any questions from the buyer. In so doing making it a stress free process.

Couldn’t recommend Mags Property enough. We dealt with Dean and Codie who were brilliant from start to finish. Dean gives you a realistic market price, not like some other high street agents who will give you the highest possible price what people aren’t going to pay.
As an executor on my Grandads property and enough other things to sort, it was great to have Mags take care of everything sale wise for me. This included viewings, queries from buyers and solicitors, everything you don’t have time for. Also the photos and videos they create to use as a sale point can’t be beaten!
Dean ensured that we got the best price possible and Codie kept us up to date with every bit of communication.
Definitely use Mags for a more personal and easier experience, save yourself hassle trying to do it yourself and you’ll probably get your estate agent fee back in the selling price anyway with the way mags do things.

I dealt with a guy named Dean who came out the same day. He was on time, polite, and knowledgeable about the market.
The valuation was slightly higher than I’d imagined and with deans help, we found a buyer within a week.

I don’t normally like to leave bad review for any business unless it’s affect me too much. My offer was accepted, I was told the tenant will move and they also will help the tenant to move. Then they said tenant change her mind and I have paid solicitor fee, ask 2 days off from my work to sort paperwork’s quickly, I have cancelled all the offers I made other houses. It’s just unprofessional job and big disappointment.

I called up for a quote. They told me they would show up the next day to provide the quote. I waited and they never showed up or provided any explanation for no showing or no further follow up. Very unprofessional and unreliable company. Would not recommend.

Mags Property manage 3 properties that I own. I am always kept up to date with the properties and informed when tenants haven’t paid etc. I have used previous property managers in the past that just care about your money however mags property actually care about their landlords.
