Ruben was our main contact for selling our flat and he was brilliant to deal with. He’s highly professional, honest and was in constant communication with us.
We had some challenging and stressful situations with the buyers solicitors (Simple Conveyancing who are associated with the Dexter Group and I would not recommend) but Ruben was always one step ahead trying to rectify issues or speed up the process for us which we were very grateful for as we had some time pressures to move due to some personal circumstances.

Received a letter from Charmaine and called to arrange a viewing. Set up a time and date over the phone and I kindly asked her to please send an email to confirm the appointment - written confirmation from the agent affirms the appointment and I think it’s the least to be expected when setting up a viewing/valuation. The next thing I heard was from Charmaine’s colleague, Sammy, calling me to tell me she’s running late. I allowed her access to the flat (still no email confirmation so she could have been anyone!) and not even a follow up email to confirm her visit. Goodness me! Not the kind of company I want to be doing business with. Clearly this behaviour sets the tone of what’s to come if one ever enters into agreements with them, so I’ll gladly pass.

RENTERS AVOID
Whether you are a landlord or renter, I would strongly advise against using the services of this estate agency.
Property left unmaintained for weeks, tenants left without a drop of hot water for literal months, facilities and electrics in the properties replaced with cheap alternatives ultimately causing significantly more expense in the long run. An absolute nightmare to deal with. Many, many red flags with this agency but their treatment of tenants is abhorrent and inhuman - AVOID.

I don’t often write reviews, but after such a great experience with Marc at Marsh & Parsons, I felt it was only fair to share my thoughts.
To be honest, I’ve never been a fan of estate agents due to a couple of bad experiences in the past. I’d actually been putting off selling my house for a while — mostly because I wasn’t mentally prepared for the stress I assumed would come with putting it on the market.
When I finally decided to take the plunge, I contacted Marsh&9Parsons for a valuation. A gentleman named Marc arrived — punctual, well-presented, and with a warm and friendly manner, all while remaining thoroughly professional. This was a very welcome surprise compared to my previous experiences.
Wow — this guy must have a master’s in property (if that’s even a thing)! He knew so much about my house and the surrounding area — even things I didn’t know, and I’ve lived here for over 20 years. He was not only highly knowledgeable and professional but also kind and approachable, which made a huge difference to my overall confidence in the process.
Thanks to Marc, I’m now feeling far more positive about selling my home — and he may have even restored my faith in estate agents.

I’ve been a respectful and responsible tenant — looked after the property, paid rent on time, and gave what I believed was reasonable notice (2 months) before moving out. Despite that, I was told it was only 7 weeks and was unfairly charged £200 for two chairs I left on the balcony.
What makes it worse is that I recently drove past the property and saw the same chairs still sitting there — clearly they never removed them, yet charged me anyway! This feels dishonest and unprofessional. I genuinely tried to be a good tenant, and this is how I was treated. Extremely disappointed with how things were handled at the end.

I gave notice two months earlier by phone but they say it was 7 weeks. although i cleaned it properly and filmed it they didn’t accept it. so i was charged unbelievably and even when i talked to them they were so unprofessional and rude. not recommended it at all and be careful.

Terrible experience with this agency. I rented a flat through them and left the place clean and in good condition, but they still charged me unfairly for cleaning and supposed damages I didn’t cause. The manager was especially unhelpful and unprofessional—he didn’t listen or try to resolve anything reasonably. It felt like they were just trying to take as much money as possible on the way out. I don’t recommend this agency to anyone.

Talked a good game despite having the highest commission rates while trying to sell our flat so we opted to go with them.
Since signing, it's just been lacklustre really - they asked to reduce the price 1 day after adding to market even after guarantees and completely deviated from the original plan laid out without any notification or acknowledgement.
Barely any viewings, didn't respect the 24h notice we asked for at all often calling 1 hour ahead, and no feedback or follow-up from the viewings we did have whatsoever on potential buyer thoughts, hang-ups or improvements to make, etc.
2 star instead of 1 as the staff we've spoken to have been polite and nice. Seems to be organisational/process issues.
