If you think customer service is long gone, you haven't met Artur. He pulled out all the stops on a rainy Friday night to drive me to properties and ensure i got to a bus stop safely as I had a mobility problem. He was patient and courteous, honest and consistent.

Possibly the worst company I have ever had to deal with in London. Rented a flat through them for 3+ years and never once had a professional, prompt experience with them.
Some examples include waiting 2 months to have our shower to be fixed, and 3 months for oven.
I would suggest customer service training for anyone in this office and a KPI response time of 24-48 hours. Do better.

Ramsey and Guy achieved a sale in this difficult and unpredictable climate in the current property market. Ramsey's initial launch of the property to market was speedy and efficient. Guy navigated the process for the following 3 months until the end, displaying calm and patience when, at the eleventh hour, the purchaser pulled the stunt of demanding a price drop. This untrustworthy and dishonourable behaviour is seemingly common these days - but Guy salvaged the sale.

If I could give zero stars I would. We were repeatedly told that viewings were taking place but received no feedback. On one occasion, we were present at the property and saw no one arrive- yet the agents insisted a viewing had just finished. We were also told of several last-minute cancellations or excuses from applicants, which felt increasingly suspicious and frustrating. Not once did they proactively contact us with updates. In contrast, other agents gave us much clearer communication and arranged viewings that actually happened. We felt misled and let down and we wasted our time listing with them, definitely would not recommend.

I was thankful to have been able to me Rueben he is great with his job. It was easy to feel confortable with the viewing since he gave options and was very easy to communicate with. I liked that he wasn't pushy or aggressive as some agents can be he is a good listener to one's needs and makes suggestions for options which is really helpful. Ramsey and his colleague Nicolo were absolutely fantastic and worked extremely hard to get our property sold.
They worked very quickly to get our house listed, with a high quality advert and sensible approach to pricing, to get us an offer and allow us to complete a chain on a purchase that will be life changing for us abroad.
Our past experience with estate agents is that they lose interest and disappear into the background at this point, but in this case Ramsey and Nicolo were very responsive, and made communication up and down the chain seamless - including dealing with curveballs from various parties, chasing up solicitors, and the buyer.

Terrible experience. Landlord originally agreed to a certain amount. Then didn’t send me a contract. I have chased for 3 weeks and only got communication today that they want to raise the rent by £150 a month. Greedy and horrible communication. Don’t go with this company!

We bought our first flat in London with Frederik's help. He was readily available and answered all our questions about the property and the process. He had the clear understanding of the market, the price the landlord can/cannot accept, so he directed us very professionally during the whole process. We also completed the process pretty quickly within 6 - 8 weeks. Frederik also helped us arranging the mortgage and solicitor through their trusted network which we again were very happy with in the end. In summary, very professional, very good experience, definitely would advise to other people who are looking for a new place around Fulham...

You want to be lucky enough to have Sarah and Frederik from M&P working as a team on your property. They have made the process incredibly smooth and professional, kept us fully up to date, and adapted selling and listing strategies through the process to get our flat sold- and they did. I very rarely write reviews but needed to give credit where credit is due. I can’t stress enough how refreshing it has been to deal with Frederik at Marsh & Parsons - Bishops Park. We have never dealt with an agent with whom we felt complete comfort and trust in. From the first viewing up until exchange of contracts Frederik is so genuine, transparent and crucially he actually listens. He always always kept us updated so we never had to chase, not once!
Not only that, once we had our offer accepted Fredrick was instrumental in making sure the property was secured by ensuring the sale of our property outside of London went through in time. He helped us chase the agent dealing with the sale which made it very clear that there were endless inefficiencies on their side. The complete opposite has been the case with our purchase in Fulham via M&P and the stress this has alleviated has been invaluable.
The whole experience has restored our faith in estate agents and proves that if you have the right people involved, buying or selling a property doesn’t have to involve endless waiting around wondering what is actually holding up the process. It doesn’t have to take forever if you have a good agent, good solicitors and a keen buyer and seller.
Thanks hugely to Frederick we were able to exchange contracts within a month of viewing the property. This would not have happened had he not ensured the searches were initiated straight away, liaised with both solicitors, organised our survey to be done quickly and crucially kept us informed at all stages with exactly what was going on.
I can’t recommend Fredrick enough if you want to remove as much stress as possible from your property sale or purchase. If he is still around when we come to sell we will be straight in touch for his help.

We turned to Marsh & Parsons after seeing some properties of interest on Zoopla, and were assisted by Frederik Gilsfort. Frederik has been very helpful from the very beginning, anticipating our needs and taking the initiative to show us properties that meet our requirements. He has also been very speedy to reach on both email and telephone, facilitating the communication process significantly. We find Frederik to be highly knowledgeable regarding the neighbourhood and the housing market, and generally very proactive, even when fielding technical questions and suggesting financial and legal guidance. Our property search is not over, but so far we are extremely satisfied with Frederik's professionalism and with the service we have received.

We were chased for papers and deposits all being requested "ASAP" and if we are not able to send them "NOW" then we would not get the flat. Having a 9 to 5 job we are not able to cater to their timelines whenever they feel they needed things done urgently. Once we handed it all our paperwork and deposits our rep disappeared. We had asked him what had happened to all the things we requested before moving in and we got 0 response. Nothing we were promised was actually actioned before we had moved in and when we asked why they said that it wasn't documented on paper and therefore they couldn't do anything about it. I wouldn't use M&Ps again!

I am still shocked by how badly I was treated by Marsh and Parsons. They charmed me into signing with them by suggesting that they could sell my flat for £150,000 more than the other agents. Six months and over 50 viewings later - with no offer - I reduced the price and brought in another agent who got a buyer in two weeks. M&P demanded their 2.5% as they had showed the buyer the flat first. I think this is a scam just to get people to sign with them and they then troop every possible interested person through the property to get their 2.5%. The other agency did all the hard paperwork of the sale. The fact that they continued to show people through the property after I had asked them to stop and refused to give up the keys to my daughter - really upsetting her - was the icing on the cake. Dreadful.

We were taken care of by Alasdair in the lettings department who was friendly, helpful, and extremely effective. The properties he showed us matched our requirements mostly, and we were able to fulfil our requirements once we chose a place and Alisdair spoke to the landlord. During the viewing process, Alisdair did a good job of showing the full range of possibilities without showing us places that were completely outside our requirements or limits. We found a property we loved, and Alisdair helped us negotiate a great agreement on the changes we required on the flat. The process of signing the agreements etc was easy, quick, and efficient. We dealt with Alasdair in the lettings department who was very helpful and efficient. The properties we were able to view matched our requirements well and we found a property we really liked. We were able to negotiate a great agreement on the flat we liked and the process of signing the agreements etc was easy as you were able to sign electronically so a lot easier than having to go into branch. The fees seemed comparable to most agents although we received a discount due to our employer so appreciated being told about that. The referencing process was pretty involved (but I think that's a sign of the times and probably true for most agents) and used an outside company but it was a fast process with everything progressing quickly and good communication throughout. I cannot yet comment on the check in process or property management etc as we are yet to move but happy so far.
