Owning a house was a dream my partner and i never thought would come true. Even when we started our journey we werent certain we would ever get here but our closing date is today on our dream forever home. Our advisor was Mike and he was ao friendly, helpful and patient with us the entire time. Andrews Stroud sorted both my initial mortgage in 2022 with Lisa, Jake, Madeleine and Kerry, and my remortgage in 2025 with Michael. I am pleased to say everyone I've worked with has been super efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and detailed, and I was in safe hands. Both times they got me on the best market deal available and double-checked everything thoroughly, with great communication and management of expectations. I definitely endorse going for the higher bracket price option which enables you to pay a minimal amount at remortgage stage, as even with the 3 years' difference, they kept all my documents and notes safely and securely. It gives me great pleasure to recommend Andrews Stroud for all your mortgaging+remortgaging needs! Although not relevant to my remortgage, they were especially good with chasing my seller's solicitor and helping the sale get over the line back in 2022, which was a great help. Thank you to the team for all your hard work and assistance at every step of both processes.

Everyone I dealt with in the team (Carl, Kat and Charlie) were so helpful and responded to queries really quickly. They genuinely were an absolute pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure that all parties in the sale were doing what they needed to at various points, they chased matters along proactively with both sets of solicitors to get things completed as quickly as possible and their communication was absolutely excellent in keeping me informed about how everything was proceeding. We have had a very protracted sale of a flat in Gloucester primarily due to the circumstances surrounding our buyer who lived abroad. Fortunately Kat Lawrence kept everything on course during some difficult negotiations and ultimately achieved the sale.<br><br>Kat was invariably upbeat and realistic and notified us of problems so that we were able to respond appropriately and in good time. We always felt that she told it as it was and never exaggerated the good, the bad or the indifferent and this was important because it enabled trust to develop, and our responses measured and realistic.<br><br>Kat was also flexible with her usage of the means of communication either phoning, WhatsApp, text messages or email depending on content and urgency - this was very important and showed an excellent sense of judgment. We’ll miss Kat, she’s become part of our daily life.<br><br>Andrews have an efficient and committed team, her manager John Brewer was invariably informed, practical and reassuring when Kat was on leave. Property sold very quickly after first viewing the second time it was marketed. I did not feel there was enough communication at all felt fobbed off and lost during the process as well. It was not a good experience and their charges are not justified in my opinion
