We’ve had no viewings arranged so far and the supposed clients on their books that would be interested in our property disappeared as soon as they were instructed. They valued our property at £525,000 but we thought that was a bit optimistic so put it on the market at £475,000. They have now told us that we should reduce it to £450,000. We are disappointed with the lack of viewings and the irregular contact.... Read more
