They made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier and more enjoyable.<br>Harry in particular has been absolutely fantastic throughout. His communication, patience and dedication have been second to none, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in what he does.<br>I’m genuinely so happy that we chose this team. 19th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone as they were deliberately ruined my almost done deal with the landlord a commercial property in Halstead High street Without valid reason the agent cancelled my application and r relisted The property with higher rent All credit checks done and full deposit was made on December 2025 And cancelled on April 2026 Ridiculous amount of time was wasted by this agent very unprofessional , Agent were Demanding more security for Landlord even I offered 6months of Deposits But not respected, Landlord was happy But not the agent, Because of thir Greed they wanted to increase rent and finaly they relisted with higher rent asking AVOID THEM
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I first got in touch with leaders back in January 2026 for a valuation and said I did not want to go any further with a sale untill may/June time and the reason I went back with leaders is because they stuck to there word and didn't pressure me into trying to sell any earlier unlike a few other agents that I also had a valuation from<br><br>But from the 1st time I met a member of the halstead leaders team they was very professional and polite and dealing with many of the team over the last few months this has been the case all the way through also I liked the updates and help that I required when ever needed.<br><br>So yes I have left a 5 star review because I have found leaders to be a great agents and easy to deal with and would highly recommend them to anyone and if I ever get the chance to do business again i will look forward to it.<br><br>Thank you to all the team at leaders halstead.
