Recently sold mum's bungalow though the Wallsend Branch. From our first meeting with Kashka and through regular discussions with Lorraine we felt fully supported and kept informed on the sale. We feel like they worked to get us a good and fair price for the bungalow. I would highly recommend them if you're thinking of selling your house, I felt like they loved the house and wanted to get the best price for it.

My initial decision to select Mike Rogerson to sell my house was very much based on that first 30 seconds when you walk through the door not to mention the nearly £500 difference in fees (fixed price).
In the nicest possible way, Kashka and Lorraine are 'old hands' at this game. They're both welcoming and calmly efficient.
It's 20 years since I last moved so I was aware that the system had changed in the meantime. Kashka took me through the basics and we made an appointment for her to visit the house a couple of days later.
In terms of the business relationship it helped that Kashka was very enthusiastic about a house that was perhaps a little different from its peers and that was reassuring at a time when the process was starting to seem a bit daunting. Importantly her judgement to go 'offers over' proved to be a good one.
Having selected them for the job, another visit to measure-up and take photos and the property was online within 24 hours - a Thursday. By Saturday I had I think 7 viewings arranged for Sunday and 3 offers by end of Monday.
Thereafter the phone and internet did all the work, there were occasional phone calls and emails to respond to but they just got on with all the nitty gritty without me really having to do anything else other than just pop in for a chat now and then.
At the end of the day I guess most peoples judgement about the moving house experience is based upon the complexity and snail-like process of the legal side which even here in what should have been a relatively straightforward transaction - short chain, first time buyers took 6 months to complete. But it helps if the people involved in that process are nice (as well as competent) and I was glad to have Kashka and Lorraine on board.

Appalling ethics and disgraceful company
If anyone thought of renting with Mike Rogerson I would think again and read what I have to say.
As a single person, lone parent to a young child, a young renter (19 at the beginning of tenancy and early 20s at the end) a woman and a woman of low status ( part time student on benefits) I felt completely taken advantage of. The company lied and made extreme exaggerations about the state I left the flat in at the end of my tenancy. They used this as the excuse to withhold a large majority of my deposit for reasons as I say where either completely fabricated or blown out of proportion. I feel because of my position in life they believe they can aid and support my landlord in taking advantage of me. This alone is extremely unethical. But the company and every agent I corresponded with over phone and email, where not only disrespectful and dismissive of me but attempted to gaslight me into thinking the flat was in a dirty and wrecked state, something I know isn’t true due to the hours I spent cleaning it and the handful of people I have to support me who witnessed the state of the flat after moving my things out and before returning my keys .The photos THEY took which prove otherwise.
I am extremely stressed and upset, I feel belittled and used by Mike Rogerson.Their actions have put me in an extremely difficult position financially with the cost of living rising and Christmas coming soon as well I think they should be ashamed of themselves. I also don’t think it’s a coincidence that there’s been a recent hike in mortgage interest rates which looks to jeopardise their business as sales will slow down and landlords paying their own mortgage will be hiking up rent.This this a money grabbing attempt as the country heads towards financial difficulties ,that are sure to affect everyone badly ,but their attempt to steal money away from the lower class is despicable and selfish.

I don't recommend anyone to touch this company with a barge pole when it comes to "Property Management" more like mismanagement and negligence when handling rent collection.
When trying to deal with these issues the director refuses accept blame where it is due and has a disgusting attitude forgetting who is paying who.
Overall I wish I could give this company 0 stars but it won't let me.
