Having researched a number of estate agents and received valuations. Mike Rogers on were the only ones who assessed the house and gave me an expected and realistic valuation. Others just looked at the most recent sales in the locale and priced accordingly. Everyone wants the best price possible but the others were talking £20k less. I went with Mike Rogers on who took photos, produced a sales pack, placed it on the market and sent me viewings. The house sale was agreed in two days at the asking price without any aggravation and we completed on 15th December 2025. Great friendly, helpful and professional service. I have no problem in recommending them.

Terrible service throughout the whole process. Just went with them as I was virtually assured of a quick sale with Agent having three clients that the property would suit.
I had to take over the viewings as the Agent did not leave the property as it should be.

Terrible terrible service no heating for over a week now and have been told it will still be another week as they are busy. 5 month pregnant and a 7 year old freezing cold and spoke to a lady called Michelle at Ashington branch to ask if it can be fixed straight said well it is what it is. I couldnt believe what I was hearing no empathy, helpfulness or professionalism what so ever!

Rented the property at the beginning of the pandemic and therefore it was not inspected. On termination of my tenancy accused of losing garage keys and leaving items that were already in the property prior to myself & my family renting it.
Despite looking after the property and conducting polite & friendly viewings for prospective tenants the attitude of one member of staff was unprofessional and very rude!
I would definitely not recommend this estate agent to tenants or landlords. No inspections of the property were carried out in the 15 months I was a tenant or following the previous tenant vacating the property. Communication was extremely poor throughout. I waited over a week to get a cooker replaced.

These guys helped us out a lot when selling our house, (which a previous estate agent made absolutely no effort to sell).
Mike Rogerson were very generous with their time and effort.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
When we changed from the previous estate agents, we went from effectively zero viewings in 5 months to 1-2 viewings per month. The house sold before very long, and that was despite the fact that the market worsened for sellers during that time.
I have no criticisms whatsoever based on our experience.

Would give no stars if I could. Potentially left my son homeless. 4 weeks & still no electric in property. My son was told he would have to pay the arrears to move in??? NEVER USE THEM. I was warned but took no notice & now I know why.????????????????

The worst rental agency that I've had the displeasure of using. The inspection clerks don't report faults despite asking you if there are any problems ( this has happened on numerous occasions) … plus they deny any knowledge of incident, and they blame you for problems in the property. I might have a different accent but that does not mean that I'm stupid.
