We’ve had a really positive experience with this estate agent throughout our purchase. From the very beginning they were helpful, approachable, and always happy to answer any questions we had. Communication has been excellent – responses were always prompt and clear, which really helped keep the process moving smoothly.
They also went out of their way to find additional information for us whenever we asked, keeping us informed and making sure we understood each step along the way. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, which made what can often be a stressful process feel much more manageable.

Selling/Buying a house is very often more than just a transaction. It can come with the emotions of a loss, a separation or the anxieties of a big leap for a first time buyer.
At Newsome Homes they take the time to get to know the individual, support their needs and hold their hand through the often daunting task of moving home.
The whole team are extremely professional and know their stuff. Communication is unmatched and I had a few occasions where Rich would be in contact of an evening or on a Sunday in order to get the sale across the line. This didn’t go unnoticed and was hugely appreciated.

I cannot recommend Newsome Homes highly enough for selling property. Richard went above and beyond what is expected of a diligent estate agent. His attention to detail and high presentation standards meant that once our property had hit Rightmove we had buyers booked to view within 24 hours and second viewings booked within 48 hours resulting in offers from both 2nd viewers! Richard has years and years of experience and knowledge of the industry but unlike other rival agents, still posesses the passion to help his customers in every way he can, offering an unrivalled quality service from start to completion. The fees are already competitive but worth every single penny. Apart from all that, he is a genuinely lovely and extremely helpful person. 5 stars from me. ?????????????

Newsome Homes have been absolutely fantastic - my husband and I recently completed on a property in a lengthy chain and this agent went above and far, far beyond what was expected of them or even required in order to get us over the line. The local estate agents above us in the chain were absolutely no help whatsoever (I’m being generous with my words here)and without Jasmine being on the team for this chain, I genuinely don’t think it would have gone through. They maintained a personal and professional approach throughout and when things got stressful , which they did, Jasmine and Rich kept it moving forward. We are so so happy with our purchase and honestly would recommend them to buy or sell through! I’m so tempted to list the other local agents who did not do their job or push urgency and caused immense confusion and unneeded stress but that’s beyond point. They absolutely deserve the 5* and Jasmine - simply put - is an all round asset, she really did anchor this chain and credit to her for her patience and commitment to doing a job better than the rest! Rich and the Newsome Homes team is incredibly and I couldn’t recommend them enough. As a first time buyer it was incredibly daunting to buy a house, but Rich was always available to chat to and answered all my questions, making the entire process so much easier to understand and complete.
