The company was founded in 2003 by Lisa Roberts who has been in the industry for over 30 years and worked within the corporate sector for the first ten of those years. Lisa has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise throughout her career and personally ensures all her team are trained to a high standard by herself to ensure that quality level of service for her clients.

From the first day we met they went above and beyond to help, advice, reassure, chase up etc. Starting from helping to move things around when taking pictures and ending with still giving reassurance and guidance up until completion day. The staff at Reid & Roberts (Holywell) have been both professional and fantastically supportive both during the sale of our late parents' property and then selling and purchasing our own house some months later. All the staff were extremely professional and worked hard on the sale of our parents' house giving excellent advice regarding the property market, in particular when (and if) to reduce the asking price, and by how much, they were very sensitive throughout the process and offered us advice and guidance, leaving us to make the final decisions as a family. They we so professional undertaking our parents' property sale, which is why we didn't hesitate to use them again for our own house sale. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional service from Reid & Roberts, Holywell. I was having to sell my very recently deceased mother's property; this was dealt with sensitively. I don't live locally so the agency conducted viewings on our behalf and consistently went the 'extra mile' often in difficult conditions. Very nice people but felt let down on follow up calls. If we needed to know about the purchase of our new home and how it was going, we had to chase. Even when we went to view the property Richard hadn’t got the keys so we had to wait while he went of to get them. When you do speak to people they are always polite and courteous. Just need to keep people up to speed. One courtesy call a week would do it.... Read more

The Holywell branch was very good, Richard Newsome who came to value two of my properties was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He discussed the wearing of protective footwear for prospective buyers/renters etc and knew a lot off detail of properties in the surround area and costs etc. I was not as impressed with the Flint department for rental. I would deal with Holywell again and Richard but would not use the Flint department for rental.... Read more
