30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Newsome Homes were one of three estate agencies I asked for valuations and selling details. Their valuation was significantly higher than the other two (by £50k); I took the plunge and went for their high valuation. Result: 8 viewings and 3 offers at the asking price within 24 hours! So a very successful experience with them! A couple of minor niggles: after the initial sale agreement they didn't keep me well informed of progress and in spite of repeated requests, they did not remove the for sale board as I had asked.
