We decided to instruct Good child's to sell our property for us as we felt we were getting value for money with what they offered.
Communication was excellent from start to finish, they dealt with any questions we had and offered solutions.
Everyone was knowledgeable about the progress of the house and we had regular emails and phone calls to keep us up to date.
The photos were of a high quality and well presented for buyers.

I had an excellent experience with Newton Fallowell Coalville during my recent house move. I sold my house and bought my new home through them, and the whole process was handled incredibly well from start to finish.
Ashley and Samantha in the office were fantastic throughout. Their communication was excellent, they kept me regularly updated, were always quick to respond to questions, and were so helpful and reassuring whenever anything came up. Both parts of the chain were clearly communicated and managed really smoothly, which made what can often be a stressful process feel much easier.
Their professionalism, organisation and support really stood out, and I’m so grateful to Ashley and Samantha for helping make my move such a positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Newton Fallowell to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

They’ve moved to a dingy cottage on Upper St John Street, and told no-one, not even their head office knows where they’ve gone, and gave me the Bore Street address when I phoned to ask where they’ve gone. Gives the distinct impression that they’re cutting costs and on the verge of going under.

I have to say what an amazing experience i have had dealing with Stamford's Newton Fallowell estate agents , they came highly recommended and certainly lived up to my expectation .
Henry Warren priced my property on the mark , I needed a offer on the table through a time constraint placed on me , I had a total of 14 viewings , 3 separate offers and it sold in 5 weeks , it sold for over the asking price which came down to a good marketing strategy from Henry , I took his advice from the start and it all worked out for me perfectly .
The communication was there from the start they kept me up to date with everything that was happening in the process , totally professional and with great advice when I asked for it, the whole team worked really hard for me and they delivered .
I honestly cannot thank them enough and would absolutely recommend then to anyone in the housing market .

A small admin error on one of the bookings which I picked up on, also felt house was undervalued and pushed for it to be advertised at a higher price which we sold at. Some communication was then done between myself and the buyer which was ok but when you are paying an estate agent fee seems like you're doing it yourself at times. Quality of interactions with estate agents was good
