Having gone through a particular stressful time and needing to move asap, I couldn't have wished for more from an estate agent.<br>Simon was incredibly friendly and approachable. If he didn't have the answers, he would find out and get back to me promptly.<br>I didn't feel like I was 'just another tenant' at any stage, throughout my questions or concerns were addressed.<br>Since moving, Simon has checked to ensure that I am settled which I thought was a lovely touch.<br>I would highly recommend Newton Fallowell.

We had excellent service from Newton Fallowell and in particular Adam Hudson. Having used a different estate agent for several months before without success we moved to Newton Fallowell and found them to be very proactive. We sold the house in relatively quick time. They were also very patient as it took quite some time to get the grant of probate and in fact it was only granted just in time for the sale. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Hannah Jones and her colleagues at Newton Fallowell have been very good to work with. They have provided excellent advice, have marketed my property brilliantly, and always respond to emails and calls in a friendly and helpful manner. I could not expect more.

They’ve moved to a dingy cottage on Upper St John Street, and told no-one, not even their head office knows where they’ve gone, and gave me the Bore Street address when I phoned to ask where they’ve gone. Gives the distinct impression that they’re cutting costs and on the verge of going under.

A small admin error on one of the bookings which I picked up on, also felt house was undervalued and pushed for it to be advertised at a higher price which we sold at. Some communication was then done between myself and the buyer which was ok but when you are paying an estate agent fee seems like you're doing it yourself at times. Quality of interactions with estate agents was good
