We had a fantastic experience with the team at Newton Fallowell especially Hannah Jones when buying our new home. From the very beginning, she was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful throughout what can be quite a stressful process.<br><br>She kept us updated, was always quick to respond to any questions we had and went above and beyond to help keep everything moving along. We are really pleased that we decided to use Newton Fallowell to sell our property. From the initial evaluation with Maisie back in September, to Fred coming again when we were finally ready to sell. They’ve moved to a dingy cottage on Upper St John Street, and told no-one, not even their head office knows where they’ve gone, and gave me the Bore Street address when I phoned to ask where they’ve gone. Gives the distinct impression that they’re cutting costs and on the verge of going under.

Positive overall experience. Slight oversight in managing the house clearance side, as we were selling from distance, but otherwise did a good job.

A small admin error on one of the bookings which I picked up on, also felt house was undervalued and pushed for it to be advertised at a higher price which we sold at. Some communication was then done between myself and the buyer which was ok but when you are paying an estate agent fee seems like you're doing it yourself at times. Quality of interactions with estate agents was good
