Hands down the best agents we’ve ever worked with! From the very first visit to our flat, Number Twenty Four truly understood it. While other agents relied on average pricing from nearby roads, these guys immediately saw that ours was a special, slightly eccentric home with no real equivalents locally - it needed thought, care and proper understanding, not a generic approach.
Working with Dan, Georgia and Abi felt completely different to any previous experience we’ve had with estate agents. Communication was constant and effortless, with daily WhatsApp updates and never any waiting around for responses. They were proactive, reassuring and always on top of things. In what turned into a long and complicated chain of six transactions, they calmly handled issue after issue - genuinely doing the work of several agents (and several solicitors) to keep things moving.
Above all, these guys are lovely people and a real pleasure to work with. They set up their own firm to do things differently to - and better than - typical agents, and this really shows in everything they do. We honestly wouldn’t be in our new home without them, and we can’t recommend them highly enough - they deserve every success!

As everyone knows moving can be very stressful and our move had its fair share of hiccups on the way. What I can say is Dan worked tirelessly to the end to make it as smooth as possible. I cannot praise Dan and No.24 enough. He went over and above not only with the purchase we made through No.24 but also helped massively with our sale and helped resolve as many of the issues in the chain on the way. We are hoping this is our forever home but if we were ever to sell and move on again, we will definitely be using No.24 to sell our property. Georgia and her team are outstanding professionals. As FTB we had absolutely no clue what we were doing, and this was heavily exploited by many of the big agencies - we were signed up to so many email and call schemes and were overwhelmed with a huge number of additional services and constant spam. Georgia was such a breath of fresh air - so professional, clearly experienced and confident, and not at all pushy. After we offered she recommended a solicitor and a mortgage broker but did no more than that, we were free to research on our own and she did not chase us up on either of these recommendations. We actually went with both of them and they too were absolutely outstanding! We had a lengthy purchase and Georgia was positive and reassuring throughout, she was super easy to contact, relayed information seamlessly between ourselves and the sellers, and was always super optimistic at the times we were losing faith it would ever happen. The modern approach that Number Twenty Four delivers is unmatched to other estate agents and the increased communication really helped keep pushing everything along. When hurdles came up, Dan even knew how to deliver the news to me to reassure me it was just a hurdle and the sale wasn’t falling through to put me at ease. If you want to work with honest, caring and reliable agents, work with Number Twenty Four. We contacted Dan after we were disappointed with the services of a local more traditional agent and we immediately found Dan’s approach more human and honest. Our property was online within a week, and the way the property was marketed by Abi and the photographer was levels above most agencies in the way it was presented. Number Twenty Four managed to secure us a buyer within 3 weeks, and then went above and beyond to take calls late in the evening, on weekends, and update us throughout. Dan, Georgia and Abi are a young family run team and have a real sense of energy and enthusiasm which I haven’t seen as much with other agencies. The communication is so important when buying or selling a property and it felt like Dan, Georgia and Abi really cared. As far away from your stereotypical estate agents as you can get, Number 24 are a young, passionate agency who genuinely care and it really shows.
We had been on the market over 12 months prior to instructing them with little more than a handful of viewings but they not only found us a buyer within a month but also the perfect new home.
You feel it’s almost as personal for them as it is for you and we really can’t recommend them highly enough.

Number Twenty Four have raised the bar in estate agency. They offer the best personalised service that we have ever had (and we have sold 8 houses previously). Their attention to detail and their knowledge of the market are both second to none which meant that our house sold within the first week, in fact with the first viewing! They maintained excellent communication with all the relevant parties at all times, keeping the sale moving forward so that we had the quickest sale ever in just over two months from start to finish. The best decision I made was engage with No.24 they are relationship managers with authentic care for the individuals and for the property. I hate to call them an estate agency as they are more than that. The service from start to finish was impeccable even through tough times they stepped up and took control and I felt very protected and my interests came first.

Fantastic experience with Daniel, Georgia and Abbie. Very professional and made the whole buying and selling process the best we have ever experienced. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this agency. As a first time buyer, I viewed probably 20 odd properties and got to experience a good range of the estate agencies in Brighton and Hove.
When I say, absolutely nothing compares to my experience with Dan showing a property, I truly am not exaggerating. You can tell Dan took the time to really understand the property the sellers were selling, and what I was looking for as a buyer. He (often preempted, but otherwise) had the answers to every single one of my questions, whether it was about the sellers, the neighbours or the property itself.
After the viewing, if I needed to talk to Dan about the property, he would either answer immediately or call back within 5 minutes. Which was such a welcoming change from other experiences I have had.
The way Dan handled my viewing, interest and offers, puts him head and shoulders above any other agency when it comes to selling my next property. Kudos to Dan and the team! An incredibly professional outfit.

We have just completed our sale with Number Twenty Four and the whole experience was unbeatable. We'd had a bad experience with an online agency previously who, when it came to the crunch on complex matters, just didn't have the time or experience to step in and keep things on the right path. The opposite can be said of Georgia, Dan and Abi, who were always there when we hit a hurdle (and our place was complicated, so there were a few!). Their experience of how to market things to get the sale, and, just as importantly, keep that sale and see it to completion, can't be faulted. I have just successfully sold my home with Number Twenty Four and feeling elated. The market has been tricky in the last year and having initially opted for the low cost model, our sale fell through due to complications with our buyer's mortgage. Viewing leads ran dry so we took it off the market and then relisted after Christmas, choosing Number Twenty Four. Dan, Georgia and Abi have been nothing short of amazing from start to finish. We instantly clicked with them and they invested a lot of time in getting to know us and clearly understand all sectors of the market. Being the founders of a relatively new company, we felt that we would get a lot of personal attention and we were right. They were always available on the phone or our handy WhatsApp group or even in person sometimes, and without a doubt helped us through a few more bumps in the road (things that aren't always anticipated when selling or buying) and made sure we got the price that we were aiming for. We absolutely felt that it was worth every penny to go with this agency and actually missed their enthusiastic and calming voices once we completed. I am glad to say that we're still in touch and didn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend who is also selling their home at the moment. You'll be in very good hands with this team and I would highly recommend Number Twenty Four! We're now on our way to a new dream home overseas.

They are still deciding their Plans, and have been given a great service from the guys, including any future properties should they decide to sell, and will 100% use them when they do
