We have just gone through the process of buying a new home and Archie our estate agent has been really helpful. He’s friendly and professional, and has always been very quick to respond and support with any queries or requests. He’s been great to deal with and would recommend him to anyone!

The team in West Mersea were brilliant in all respects. they recently sold by my house and helped me in find a suitable property on the Island. They acted professionally at all times, always available and genuinely striving to provide a good service. My special thanks go to Carly and Antonia for chauffeuring me around all the show arounds!

We chose Oakheart as we liked our negotiator Freddie .
Unfortunately he moved branches .
Un experienced agents doing the viewings .
Boards going up , boards going down !
Saw out our contract. Ask for property to be removed from Rightmove , this took 4 days with a reminder .
Two weeks later and being off market the board is still up .
Lots of apologies from the office ! For several reasons .
Best thing about Oakheart is their branding !
