The overall experience with Oakheart Sudbury has been exceptional, particularly thanks to Freddie who has been attentive, professional and incredibly understanding. During our buying and selling experiences, we have come across many estate agents who can be a little too pushy when trying to sell their services, we haven't experienced this at all with Oakheart or with Freddie. The service Freddie has provided has been unmatched and we honestly can't thank him enough for securing our sale.

Couldn’t recommend Laura and the team at Oakheart enough! From the minute Laura entered our home to provide a valuation, she was friendly, kind and showed empathy and care and really took the pressure off my shoulders! She was very knowledgeable and explained the best way to approach marketing our property. The friendly team kept me updated throughout the process and were always happy to help with any questions I had about the process! Feedback was given promptly and our sale went through smoothly. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We viewed a couple of properties with Oakheart and cannot sing Marcus’ praises enough. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and made a daunting process as first time buyers incredibly easy and fun. We’ll definitely be recommending Oakheart!

This is the only Estate Agents that i can genuinely say care about their clients as well as the landlords!
Our current landlord used Oakheart when we moved into his property and the guys were so helpful, (i did a review then as I was so impressed!).
We are now moving back to Surrey and our landlord has used Oakheart once again.
I have been liaising with Minty regarding viewings via email; she has been so friendly, kind and considerate especially with viewings around the busy Xmas period. She hasn't been demanding and has worked around our shift work schedule (Train Driver), when it comes to booking people to view the property.
It is so refreshing for existing tenants to be treated with kindness as well as possible new tenants and the landlords.
