Connells have been amazing, communication outstanding, have done exactly what they have said they would do. House is under offer within a week of going on the market. All staff that have dealt with us have been fantastic and followed through what they said they would do. We have been managed by Cameron the manger, Eron from sales and Grace from mortgages. They started off well, saying they had buyers looking for our type property but that didn’t happen! Had a few viewers some shown by their staff and some they asked us to do. They were friendly but feed back was slow. We dropped the house price at their suggestion, had few more viewers but no offers. Don’t think they made enough effect overall.
