I had a really poor experience with this company , the experience went from dropping the price on a very regular basis down and down and down not seeming to do there due diligence , when the sales kept falling through we felt pushed to provide expensive surveys for prospective buyers all for it to collapse time and again and the only answer was to drop . We left them and went for another agent who sold quickly at a higher price . Beware

Absolutely brilliant. Fiona, Chloe & Jody were fantastic throughout the entire process. They were all friendly, understanding, generous with their time and are all very clear communicators. In particular, I must give a shout out to Fiona as I had the most communication with her and she was a star! We were in regular (and at some points of the purchase process) daily communication and she was a class act.
There were also times when I would pop into branch to ask questions and whoever was there would always answer my questions or get back to me asap with the answers. Thank you for all of your help!

Parkers were professional at all stages of our purchase. Email updates and accurate photos and listings were really useful in helping us to find appropriate properties to review. When we made an offer, Jody communicated clearly during negotiations meaning we reached agreement with the sellers swiftly. Parkers gave us good recommendations for an insurance broker and surveyor (but with no pressure to use their recommendations). In the run up to exchange, Fiona was proactive in helping us to resolve any issues as they arose and kept open communications between us, the sellers and both sets of solicitors. This support took a lot of the pain out of the process. Thanks to the Parkers team.
