I can’t recommend Ben and the team at Ballards Twyford highly enough. We appointed Ben for our recent sale as his knowledge of the local Wargrave market was clearly a level above all the other agents we spoke to, and he gave us the confidence that he’d achieve the value we were looking for for our home. The photos and floor plans were arranged very quickly, and were excellent quality. But the best thing was Ben’s communication throughout the process, we were always kept up to date and Ben was always quick to step in to help keep things moving - we ended up exchanging less than 3 months after confirming the appointment, and we’ll be completing on the date first requested by our buyers at the outset, so a great result all round, particularly with four parties in the chain.
