Pricing I felt was accurate and fair . It showed in the fact that in two days of going on the market we had ten couples look at the property we had two asking price offers .we chose one and went with the couple .
Pearsons organises a epc survey and recommended a solicitor whom we agreed on everything seems to be moving along very fast. Thank you pearsons

Honestly, not sure what to think of this Estate Agents. 1, I was registered with an incorrect title, messaged advising them of this but it was not changed. 2, I had a missed call and an email advising my viewing had been cancelled, due to an offer being made on the property, no attempt to allow the pre-booked viewing and a potentially higher cash offer/bid war to take place? and 3, The same property is still listed for sale on Right move, not sold. Why cancel viewings but keep the listing live? bizarre experience, which is a shame.

So, after a recent property search we had the delight of being shown round a property by Francyne Falloon. (We viewed the property twice to ensure it was what we were after) On both occasions we impressed with how professional and informative she was. We ended up finding a property in a more ideal location for us, however the understanding shown was 2nd to none. An asset to Pearsons who I would highly recommend.

In my experience over the last 24hrs with this branch in Havant is as follows:
Very unprofessional branch overall,
they have database problems, ie they put in your details and apparently in comes out with different information so they said,
I phoned to ask them to remove me from their database only too be told that they had already done it before I phoned.
God knows what problems I would have experienced had I gone any further with this branch..
Bad experience never too be repeated..
