I recently rented out a property through Bernards. The lady I dealt with, Amber, made the process so easy. It makes me wonder why other agents make it so hard. One other small but crucial point. Amber found tenants and had them installed in record time. Other agents I'm also dealing with could learn a point or two there. Confidence and helpful attitude no doubt encouraged the prospective tenants to proceed. If you're looking for a company to handle property rental, I unreservedly recommend Bernards in Havant. Have you another couple of stars please ? We read the online reviews about Lorna and Ellie at Havant and thought we would give it a go . My wife and I had already used three Companies to try to sell our house over 18months . The difference with Lorna and Ellie is their proactivity and enthusiasm as are consistent with all the reviews. The sheer numbers of buyers through our house compared with 18months in other agents and I think it was barely two months until our buyers made their decision , then an unbelievable 9weeks to the move . The average in Britain seems to be 4 to 5 months from the decision to buy. Now , if they can do this for midrange sells obviously headhunters are going to try to poach them for regular 1 to 3 million properties or more . Id try to hang onto them !!!! Truly truly amazing....not just the sale ....the attention to people's needs .... Read more
