The initial valuation was far too high, consequently we had to reduce twice. We eventually moved to another agent. I was told the cost would be 1.1%, then the contract (when I eventually got it) gave a fixed fee. To be fair, a couple of the agents at PA Black were lovely, others not so helpful.... Read more
