Alfie has been absolutely lovely, he has answered all my questions, always has a big smile on his face during viewings and has been patient without rushing me which I appreciate as I have had bad experiences in the past during viewings! I found PinDrop Property by chance while looking for a highly rated estate agent in the area to sell my property. Although they are a fairly new agency, any initial concerns quickly disappeared. Their flexible approach really sets them apart — they’re available beyond normal working hours, quick to respond, and extremely accommodating, which is perfect if you have a busy schedule. I mainly worked with Kyrie, the founder, who was knowledgeable, honest, kind, and very well organised. He was proactive throughout the entire process and kept us well informed at every stage. PinDrop Property’s system allows vendors to track all property activity, and Kyrie was excellent at providing clear and regular feedback.
