I spoke to a member of staff at your company called Rachel who was patronising and arrogant. I would not rent or buy a property from your company if that is how your employees treat people on a daily basis.

I rented a place in Balloch and I was very happy with my experience overall as a first time renter in Scotland. Andrew is a fantastic lettings agent who gave me A LOT of extra info that really helped me long term and is partially what caused me to choose to rent with Property Bureau. Rachel was easy to correspond with and if I had issues she replied promptly sending along a maintenance person when needed etc. I never met Victoria but through indirect actions feel that she is also reliable and fair. I was happy to have my deposit stored properly and returned to me in full as well as no difficulty in getting my place set up to rent within a timely manner. I would highly recommend renting with this branch of Property Bureau.

I have to say if you ever speak to a female called Rachel at Bearsden she is the most condescending person I have ever spoken to in my life. She definitely got a fail at the school of charm. Maybe Alan Burke might want to have a chat with how she comes across and it’s definitely not professional by any means! Will be doing my business elsewhere!!

This is, without a single doubt, the best letting agency I have ever come across (and there have been quite a few!). Their communication, attention to detail, kind approach, organisation and urgency to support have consistently been five stars! I couldn't fault a single thing and I am truly grateful for the support and dediction throughout!

I have been renting my house via the Property Bureau for almost 2 years. The staff in Airdrie and Glasgow are all very helpful and I know that my property is in safe hands with them dealing with the day to day management of it. They are also very quick dealing with re marketing when a new tenant is required.

My husband and I had rented from Property Bureau last year and met Lorna Donald and Yvonne Davies, the lovely ladies who are the faces of Property Bureau in Stirling. They were incredibly helpful and informative and went above and beyond with helping us yanks with local insights.
This year they located and helped us buy our home in Stirling. They were extremely patient in explaining the buying process in Scotland which is very different from buying in the States. They helped us every single step of the way with graciousness and humor when we made daily visits to their office.
We would highly recommend this branch for all your letting or buying needs.
