A first class and excellent service from both Yvonne and Lorna. Experienced and very professional with excellent client focus every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they handled our sale very efficiently and effectively. There was excellent and proactive communication every step of the way. They really did pull out the stops to make our transaction as painless as it could be for us. Thank you for a really excellent and highly professional service.

Very bad experience, I just moved from London to Glasgow, and was looking an apartment near my work place, got to one of the listings and went for viewing through property bureau, Rachel Brown emailed me about the confirmation and everything, but when I went to the location in Balloch 1 riverside court, there I met some other lady bcoz Rachel was on leave she took me to the apartment and told me to view by my self and she left.<br>After 3 days Rachel emailed me the application from I sent the form bcoz I was in need of a house, then again after few days she emailed me for holding deposit which is illegal in Scotland so I asked her to explain bcoz there are scammers also but after more than a week today she emailed me asking “ do you want to go forward” like what an unprofessional behaviour if you guys don’t want to then don’t waste our time

Lorna has been great with keeping in touch and informed during the rough patch that we experienced at the end of our tenancy. Always ready to listen and responded promptly even if I or the landlords solicitors did not. Was always available for a chat in-person which helps immensely when you have money troubles and shit flatmates. Thanks Lorna, hope to see you soon!! X

Mike and Lorna have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the whole process of letting my property completely stress-free. From the very beginning, they were incredibly efficient, getting the property advertised and on the market the same day, and finding a tenant within just two days!<br><br>They handled all of the viewings and paperwork seamlessly, while keeping me updated every step of the way. Lorna also went above and beyond by helping arrange a last-minute gas safety certificate, which was a real lifesaver and hugely appreciated.<br><br>The level of service, communication and professionalism has been fantastic from start to finish. The Property Bureau managed a flat for me for nearly 15 years and provided an outstanding service. At the end they helped me with an eviction, the subsequent refurb and got a sale more than 10% above the home report valuation. They were very responsive and helpful above and beyond the call of duty, I can't recommend their services highly enough.

Have worked with Victoria and the team at Helensburgh for years, very helpful and friendly nothing is ever a bother.<br><br>Their properties are great as I have been in both let properties and sales.<br><br>If you are looking for a good rental or selling definitely give them a call.

I’ve had a really positive experience with this company. Eve has always been friendly, welcoming and professional, and is genuinely a pleasure to deal with.
