Excellent estate agents to work with, so friendly and really pushed for the sale when there were delays. Very grateful for them 10/10 will use when we sell oursleves! Even gave us a cute hamper when we got the keys!

I couldn't recommend Reid and Roberts highly enough from the very first valuation through to completion the whole team were professional friendly and genuinely cared about our sale.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout and I was always kept informed, with the team regularly chasing update and making what could have been a stressful process feels so much easier. It was lovely to deal with a local family run estate agents thank you Reid and Robert for all your help.

We couldn’t recommend Reid & Roberts highly enough. From start to finish, the whole team were incredibly helpful, patient and supportive throughout what was quite a long and stressful process for us.<br>Communication was fantastic throughout, and we always felt kept up to date and knew what was happening. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they were always happy to answer our questions and reassure us whenever we needed it.<br>The girls were so patient, understanding and helpful throughout the sale, and we genuinely felt that she cared about getting everything over the line for us.<br>We are so grateful for all the help and support we received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reid & Roberts to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you so much for making what could have been a very stressful experience feel so much easier! ??

We had link persons (Aimee & Holly) assigned to us for the duration of our sale, but the whole team were very helpful and professional, whenever we had cause to contact them.<br>We were updated at least weekly by Aimee/Hollie, and marketing strategies were reviewed with us on a regular basis, informing us of ‘market trends’ etc., so that we felt involved with the process at all times, and understood what the team at Reid & Roberts were doing as part of the sale process.

Reid and Roberts Wrexham were great from the word go, first to respond when the enquiry went out, loved the local knowledge and honesty - I needed to hear the good and bad to get the house ready for sale, highly professional, great communication and there to answer all my questions as this is the first sale I’ve made. Highly recommend them!

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Reid & Roberts Estate Agent in Holywell throughout the sale of our house. They were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful at every stage of the process. Both Michaela & Sophie consistently worked on our behalf to keep things moving, provide updates and resolve issues quickly. They made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother.
