Rosedale Estate Agents provided exceptional support throughout our mum's move, and we can't thank them enough. From the very beginning, the whole team was friendly, approachable, and always willing to help - especially Laura. One thing that really stood out was how they went above and beyond when paperwork kept being sent electronically by the solicitors, despite repeated requests for hard copies. They were more than happy to help print documents, explain the paperwork, and make sure everything was completed correctly, which took a huge amount of stress away from our mum. They were also always happy to speak to us on our mum's behalf when needed, keeping us informed and helping everything progress as smoothly as possible.
