Any time I had an issue they contacted my Landlord immediately and were given per6to do repairs which were carried out correctly. They extended my lease toonth to month for me when I was seeking to buy my house and gave me good advise about that too. Johnathan and Paull are always profession and courteous. When I was renting the property, contacting them was almost impossible. I sent them multiple emails that went unanswered... But when they needed something, they would expect me to reply immediately or they kept checking up on me very frequently. Then, rest assured... they will charge you for ANY pre-existing damage that the property you're renting has (and trust me, it will have pre-existing damage, they don't look after their properties very well), it doesn't matter if you have proof that it was there when you arrived, if you don't notice it immediately and report it on their inventory, it will NOT count and they will charge you for it. I tried providing evidence in my case and they threatened me with charging me a higher fee so I had to accept the charges they had decided just so that I could avoid a higher fee. They will definitely take advantage of you.... Read more

I regret everyday for renting a flat with this group. When we moved in, the boiler was broken, the light sockets were broken, shower screen was broken. They are not returning my deposit fees. Getting meter readings is no difficult with them. Please don't rent from them. You will regret.... Read more
