Very poor communication, and I regret paying for their service. After taking my payment, I sent numerous emails simply asking whether it had been received, yet received no response. That level of communication is disappointing. Following the survey report, I was particularly concerned about Japanese knotweed and bamboo. The report stated that there was “no evidence of such plants within the grounds of the property.” For peace of mind, I emailed several times asking them to confirm this, but again, I received no reply. Then on completion day, I discovered bamboo shoots growing in my garden. Whether they were missed during the inspection or not, the complete lack of communication after I raised my concerns was unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would advise others to look elsewhere.... Read more
