Shipways Rugby handled my rental process in an organised way. Viewing, documents, and referencing were all done on time.<br>Monika and Euan were involved throughout and helped accommodate my tight moving schedule, even arranging key handover on a bank holiday so I could shift without issues.<br>There was a parking?related concern at the start, but they resolved it by coordinating with the downstairs tenant and the landlord. They remained available by phone or email, the inventory was provided properly, and their partner services made the move easier.A practical and smooth experience overall.

They were really efficient in everything. They did the photographs that they had taken first class. We managed to sell our property within a week of having it put live.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!<br>They took two of my friends deposits and didn’t not refund them. This is a very stressful and unprofessional situation. Please avoid.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Shipways from start to finish when selling our property in Webheath. A special mention has to go to Jamie, who was incredible throughout the entire process. His knowledge, advice, and reassurance gave us the confidence to hold out for a higher offer on our property, which ultimately proved to be the right decision. His communication and support made the whole process much less stressful. Would highly recommend.
