Moving in was easy when I found a property located at 26 Sunbridge Road. Ameen was flexible and moved quickly. However the disappointing part is that many facts were not as promised. I was told that first 6 months would be fixed contact and then can switch to monthly. However at the end of 5th month the landlord told that I can keep extending only in terms of 6 months. Also there is no intercom facility, no separate electricity meter and the charges are decided by landlords on which we don't have any control. At the end of tenancy, they repaint all walls from the deposit. I was never explained about any of these before signing contract. Better to avoid such properties.... Read more

I would start with my agent (Daniel) who is brilliant , I'm really particular about the place, he was really patient with me and finally I found the best one. To add one more point I had some issues with maintenance and they were literally with me the very next day and resolved, I can only comment on what I have experienced they were swift with service. Good experience with Smart Moves Group. They got good flat inventory in Bradford and showed me flats based on my interest. They have resolved all Electrical and Plumbing issues on time. In case of water tank bust issue in my building, Smart Moves proactively inspected my flat and checked all the electrical wiring to ensure that there is no damage on my flat. They also offered free temporary accommodation in case I don't safe staying at my flat. Overall happy customer so far.... Read more

I have never met anyone more accommodating and easy to negotiate with than Smart Moves, especially Amin. At a time when I was stressing enormously because the people who were going to move my stuff to my new flat in Bradford wouldn't give about the date of delivery, Amin was very accommodating and agreed to allow the guys to dump my stuff at the flat the day before I was scheduled to move in. His generosity saved me hundreds of pounds and I am ever so grateful. On the day he was to handover the keys to the flat, I was an hour late due to horrific conditions on the M1, but Amin was kind enough to stay an hour past his office hours to meet me, complete the paperwork and hand over keys to the flat. Having come from 223 miles away, it was such a relief that he didn't turn me away.... Read more

One of the worst service and experience i have ever had . Gave me a faulty flat kichen sink was leaking. Bathroom was leaking , my bedroom was leaking and it took 3 months to fix it and i have some videos and photos to proof it and when i have left the flat they charged me £150 bcz the flat wasnt clean up to stander Also i have found out that the flats around me were nearly £100 cheaper than mine although its same building same flat size and same finishing Went to the office to check why they charged me £150 and ive asked to meet the manger .. ameen answerd me said he is busy so i asked if he can send me an email confirming the time and the date i can come to speak to manger , still waiting for the email to come since 10 days ago... I was a tenant at one of their properties. There was no checking in report at the start of the tenancy (be aware I suspect they use this to scam your deposit). The property was entered without my concent. They accused me of damaging the property which was prior to me moving in. A very unpleasant experience. I would NOT recommend at all.... Read more

Good estate agents aside from the incredibly rude and patronizing receptionist. I contacted them when my flat block car park was broken into. Someone's vehicle was vandalised and almost stolen due to the faulty car park door. I was justifiably concerned and asked the receptionist if she could do me a favour and contact the building manager because I was at work and didn't have the number.. To which her response was to laugh at me and patronize me. This individual has a terrible attitude and a poor understanding of how business works. Smart Move - Do yourself a favour and sack this incredibly rude and unprofessional individual before she puts any more of your customers off.... Read more
