We were with Taylors for 12 weeks until we decided to leave due to having only one viewing. We felt the house was accurately priced however one viewing leaves us wondering about the marketing quality as other houses similar to our last in the area had sold. Taylors did their best to achieve a sale even in a reasonably turbulent market. We suffered 2 market dips and a mini budget during the marketing and sale but Taylors communicated the challenges very well and we managed the advertised price to get the best deal between sale price and achieving a sale.
