Taylors estate agents in Brierley Hill have been fantastic.
From the moment Mitch attended to do an initial valuation it was clear that this was a professional company. Everyone at the office has been friendly, knowledgable and professional. We were listened to throughout and keep well informed. The photograhs looked very professional and Matt took his time to ensure photos were taken from the best angles. We had a lot of viewings within the first week, and as we were holiday Taylors managed them all, keeping us informed of when viewings would happen. We were given access to an online portal where we could track all viewings and offers. We had 7 offers, 5 for the asking price. Julie managed 'best offers' from all of them, and apart from talking to Julie and deciding which offer to go with, we didn't have to do anything and our house was sold within a week.

From that great result we were able to choose the right buyer for our home and from there the communications with your team were excellent. I would not recommend using Taylor Estate Agents based on my experience with them. The level of customer service I received was extremely poor from start to finish. Communication was a major issue throughout the process — no replies were received to emails, and getting any form of response often required repeated chasing.
When contact was eventually attempted, it was still unhelpful and lacked any real detail or effort to progress things properly. Overall, it felt like there was very little interest in maintaining communication or supporting the client once initial contact had been made.
Both negotiators I dealt with, Lauren and Fern, were particularly disappointing in terms of responsiveness and follow-up. Updates were rare, and I frequently had to chase just to get basic information. The whole experience felt disorganised and unprofessional.
Compared to other estate agents I’ve used, Taylor Estate Agents are significantly below standard. There are far better agencies available that are more proactive, communicative, and reliable.
I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using them, as the lack of communication and basic customer care made the entire experience frustrating and a complete waste of time.

Communication was excellent at every stage. Using the property hub app was easy and always keeps you up to date with upcoming viewings and potential buyers feedback.
We’re very grateful for Taylor’s hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

Excellent service, we were very impressed with the efficiency and immediate replies and information about viewings, I am living abroad and selling a relatives house in the UK, they were so helpful, I can recommend Taylors 100%

Very professional. Excellent local market knowledge. Experienced agents. They sold our house quicker than expected. However, communication of our sale performance during the marketing period could have been better. We had to call them on occasions to get an update of any interest, a simple call to us every few weeks would have been useful. Otherwise a fantastic service from Taylor’s
