This is the first time I have sold a house and I can really say that Taylors estate agents in Brierley Hill have been fantastic. The valuation was spot on and they certainly know what is going on in the sales market. They did the viewings for me and I was informed who was viewing and when, they always contacted me the day after the viewing with feedback. Unfortunately since putting it in their hands I have heard nothing except one possible viewer who cancelled. Since then nothing no up date apart from yours. This property has been under Taylors Lettings for two over two months there was a potential Tennant's but today 17th January found out they had not been truthful in their statements. They didn't work the NHS and we're bank staff zero hours. Taylors asked if I was ok with a guarantor. No. If they lied once they will do it again. I have had to ring them up so many times to find out with very casual comments. I now have put it into other Agents hands but if would appear I have lost potentional Lettings as now there is an abundance of to let properties. I am taking this complaint to Readress on issues of incompetence , not trying to get as much information as possible before and being complacent. They must have a reputation of being too easy as this is not the first time scammers have tried to get properties.... Read more
