The Property Centre were so helpful when we were selling at a difficult time. They gave us advice all the way through, suggesting different selling strategies to try and boost viewings and offering wise counsel when offers were received. All the time they were friendly, approachable and encouraging and handled the viewings on our behalf perfectly. Their communication with us could not have been better. Initially we used two agents (a supported move feature of a new housebuilder). We had no viewings at all through the other agent, yet, at the same time, The Property Centre were able to find us interested people. Need I say more!... Read more

Very bad. I was misled, misinformed and misguided. The quick cash sale took 6 1/2 months. Property was empty so I had to pay council tax, heating through the coldest winter we had for some time, the insurance was invalided by the property being unoccupied for more than 30 days, Add to this the worry and stress caused by the delay. In all a very bad experience and I would advise never to use Property Centre.... Read more
