I was honestly impressed with The Property Centre. Barney was very genuine, and helped up list and sell (STC) our property even with the timeframes we required.
The team also were excellent with the many viewings we had, and have been great in the process so far.
The pictures and virtual tour/advert were great, and during the intro meeting I felt Barney was giving us genuine advice, as opposed to trying to sell/persuade us to go for The Property Centre.

We would recommend to anyone who is selling their home. We have had a fantastic experience with The Property Centre, especially Kim, who has been extremely helpful, professional and supportive throughout the whole process. Communication has always been excellent and we have felt very well looked after from the beginning. Really poor communication buyer did not have mortgage in principle. They also were first time buyers and we werent told when the first time buyer isa matured. We had a roofer turn up at the house wanting ro assess our roof. This is after a level 3 survey and estate agent allowed this. We also lost our deposit of £1k for onward rental because estate agent wouldnt communicate we needed to complete on a certain date. Would never recommend the Abbeymead branch to anyone!
