Really poor communication buyer did not have mortgage in principle. They also were first time buyers and we werent told when the first time buyer isa matured. We had a roofer turn up at the house wanting ro assess our roof. This is after a level 3 survey and estate agent allowed this. We also lost our deposit of £1k for onward rental because estate agent wouldnt communicate we needed to complete on a certain date. Would never recommend the Abbeymead branch to anyone!

Oli, Rechay and co. Did a Stella job of handling my often complex sale case. We completed with a happy chain and very tight on time but it was thanks to their involvement and dedication to help move things forward that we got there in the end!
