3 days in a row I called to make an appointment to see a house, I was told that they would call me back and they didn't call me back because I have my own mortgage advisor and I don't take theirs... then I still insisted the 3rd day and I called them again where I was told to pay a deposit so that they are sure that I buy the house and if I don't lose the money what happens if I don't like the house I lose the money right? correct you make me apoittment I see the house if I like it we negotiate the price and I give you my price if you like the offered price accept if you don't reject the offer and have a nice day!!!

Josh and Carolina managed the sale of our property in Spring 2024.
We achieved a fair price in two weeks under Josh’s guidance, and the sale itself completed in 12 weeks without any stress or delay.
They made sure they were available by phone and email, and communicated to myself and my husband regularly, and were able to answer any and all questions the same day.
Communication is key when engaging with the process of a house sale and I can say that Josh and Carolina made sure we were assured and apprised of all information throughout the process.
Josh in particular was very present, from our first meeting, through to visiting us in person on completion day, as our removals team were leaving with fully loaded vans. A personal touch like this goes a long way - we never felt like “just a number” to this team.
I wouldn’t hesitate to market with them again - however thanks to them, we were able to purchase our forever home!

went to see Charlie about mortgage advise and options he was really good and helpful.
than when I went to visit the houses the agent that took us around seemed in a rush and we went to see a wrong property so the one I really wanted to see I didn't get a chance to. the agent had to go and see another client and he said he would come back so I made my way to the place where I was spouse to be meeting him. he ended up phoning and saying he had a flat Tyre so he couldn't make it. I'm going to have to view house another day.

Sold our property for us eventually. Agent turned up late to viewings, communication incredibly poor, gave vendor the keys early after telling them we wouldnt be out yet as our removal people were running slightly behind. No phone call to tell us they'd given him the keys. No phone calls for updates, I had to find out from my purchasing estate agent that the chain had changed from my buyer. Silwia is the only reason we went with this company, because she is brilliant. But unfortunately she was off during our sale. She is an absolute asset to them.

Organised a valuation 11 days in advance due to work commitments. They had called me to organise it after I submitted an online form only for nobody to turn up. When I called to find out where the agent was, they had my info on file but no valuation booked. Not a good first impression when looking for somebody reliable to sell my house. Will not use now or ever I'm afraid. Poor service & organisation.

Final review after completing our sale and purchase in June 2019:-
It's an understatement to just say that all the staff at William H Brown Ramsey were very helpful in assisting us to sell our property and purchase our new home, but they were. We don't plan to buy and sell again in the near future but if we did we wouldn't hesitate to ask William H Brown to assist us again and we would recommend their services to anyone thinking of buying and selling property.
Original review before completion of our sale and purchase:-
We haven't completed our sale and purchase yet but all the staff at William H Brown, Ramsey that we have had contact with so far have been so very helpful. From the very beginning when Beth visited us at home to the most recent support from Farhan the Mortgage Adviser. Our circumstances are different to those of the average vendor/purchaser which have asked a lot of Farhan but he has been more than helpful and very patient as he has worked with us to achieve the outcome we were looking for. We would recommend the services of Farhan as a Mortgage Adviser and the whole team at William H Brown, Ramsey as first class Estate Agents for quality service.

We were looking to purchase a property in the area, we went with William h brown who also put us in touch with their mortgage advisor Farhan . I can honestly say that this guy is absolutely fantastic at his job he took us through the process step by step we had hiccups with some of it but Farhan went above and beyond to help us rectify these keeping us updated at every opportunity. He knew the things that the lenders would be looking at and put everything in place beforehand. We now have our mortgage offer all of thanks to this guy knowing his stuff . If you are looking for mortgage advice I would recommend Farhan 100% I cannot praise this guy high enough. Now it’s down to packing and looking forward to moving in to our house . Thank you Farhan .

Very happy with the service we have received so far from William h Brown. I put my mothers property on the market in March at what was a very stressful time (she was in the process of moving into a care home) Beth was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had as we had not sold a property in over 20 years. We didn't go ahead straight away as we needed some time to sort things out and unlike the other agents we had out for valuations, we felt most comfortable with Beth. She was clearly very experienced and her approach was not pushy atall. William h Brown sold my mothers house within 6 weeks and we are looking to exchange at the end of next month.
