I met Chris by chance when my wife and i viewed a property he was selling and straight away was impressed with his friendly and professional manner so when it came to selling our house i knew who i wanted to do it, with Chris you feel like he's your agent only because whenever you want him and at whatever time he is there to assist you. Chris closed my house sale on Easter Saturday at 8 pm when all the big firm agents were at home with their feet up, he is calm in his approach and a great people's person. Anyone who knows me knows I have very high standards and often find myself disappointed with people, but not Chris Wolff i was amazed at his friendliness, skills and attention to detail, so thank you Chris it really was a pleasure dealing with you and if I'm ever asked to recommend an estate agent it's his name I'll mention.

We had the pleasure of viewing a property in Grantham with Chris from Walters Property Estate Agents, and we simply have to commend his outstanding service. Although the property itself wasn’t quite what we were looking for, Chris’s approach made the whole experience genuinely exceptional.
He took the time to share in-depth knowledge about different areas within Grantham, including crime rates and local insights, all explained with a calm passion that’s rare in the property world. Unlike many estate agents who seem rushed or distracted, Chris was fully present and patient, answering all our questions thoughtfully without any pressure or hurry.

I cannot recommend Walters highly enough! We sold the house that our kids grew up in, it was very emotional. Through the process of looking at houses to buy we have met a lot of other estate agents, other agencies and NONE of them come even close to Walters and Christopher Wolff. This man got us on the market and sold our house in no time, hired a professional photographer for the house photos, explained the whole process to us and "held our hand" through it all, showed up to house viewings, answered every email and phone call,professional, compassionate and hey- very good price as well????

Probably the best thing we did was move to Walters Property. Chris is proactive, positive and always available. He does all the viewings for you and after 6 months of inactivity (2 viewings) with another agent, he got us sold in a fortnight. You are constantly updated either via Chris direct on email/WhatsApp or calls or you can track it on the app.
For a small start up Estate Agent, you can ask no more, so professional and smart.
The photos of the house are professionally done and are a real eye catcher.

The agent was a sparkling reminder of what a great agent can do to ensure the whole process goes as smoothly as possible. Chris ensured that every question we had was answered thoroughly, and made appropriate enquiries on our behalf when needed. He was a go between not just between us the buyer and the seller but was also ensured the conveyancing stayed on track. Thanks to his ability to communicate between all parties our purchase went smoothly despite several issues with our poor choice of solicitor.

Walters managed to sell our property within 2 weeks of it being listed and slightly above asking price during what should have been a difficult time to sell.
We dealth with several of the local Grantham estate agents, and Walters were by far the most useful, competent, professional and most able at communication. We were fairly shocked at how poor our experience was with some of the bigger names locally such as William H Brown, with most of them being exceedingly poor at organisation and communication, leaving us sometimes several weeks without any responses to our queries and requests.
From the get go, Walters were exceedingly flexible. Chris saw us on a Sunday afternoon for our house valuation, and his valuation visit was by far the most pleasant. Most of the other agents were extremely blase and uninterested in the details of the property and were keen to just simply have it on their books and throw us their corporate paper binders of meaningless information. They gave absolutely zero evidence of why they had valued our house how they did, and some were in and out without so much as a query as to our personal situation of selling. Chris sat down with us with his laptop and showed us evidence of the local area and immediate local area sales for the past year or so, as well as current houses up for sale. He very clearly showed us houses listed for higher and why they were valued at that price, as well as prices listed at lower prices and why ours would be worth more. It was by far the most informative and "fair" valuation we received, and Chris was extremely open and honest about the valuation and the state of the housing market at that time.
We went with Walters over the rest of the estate agents for a number of reasons. Chris was vastly more personable and generally just more interested in us and our property personally, and his communication style was somehow vastly superior than every other agent in town despite being a smaller agent with less investment. His fees were extremely competitive, and we noted that the quality of the pictures that were on Walters properties were infinitely better than pretty much every other agent's.
The photographer he sent in was astoundingly good, the pictures were beyond what we expected, and that same photographer was able to do our EPC at the same time. Not only that, but from instructing Walters to be our agent, having photos taken and then the house being put on the market in all the right places, only three days had passed. Walters were extremely rapid not only in getting the process started, but within the first two weeks of the house being up for sale, we had over half a dozen viewings booked within the first two weeks, and we recieved almost immediate interest in the property.
We were kept abreast of the viewing situations as well as the general feel of some of the viewers and their background and likelihood of offers, as well as the situation of their individual purchasing power and how easy a sale to each of them would be. All through the viewings process we were communicated with in triplicate, with every viewing, offer and any other event communicated via WhatsApp, Email as well as text message to ensure we had a constant update of dates, times and who was viewing the property so there was zero margin for error in bookings.
We had good interest in the property, with Chris taking feedback of the property within 24 hours of every viewing so we knew if there was anything minor that could be done to the house to make it more attractive to potential buyers. Once we had a number of offers, we had last and final offers all sorted and accepted over a bank holiday weekend and the deal closed all within two weeks of going to the market.
Overall, it baffles me that anybody would bother going to any other agent in Grantham. We have suffered massive incompetence from some of the biggest names, and Walters showed themselves time and time again to be far more capable and professional than every other agent. They run circles around the competition.
