Gary is a professional and very experienced estate agent. I was under pressure to find a new home quickly and Gary was incredibly sensitive to this. Additionally, it was an unusual purchase (sealed bid, something I had no experience of) and the whole thing - from first viewing to moving-in day - took exactly three months. I benefited from Gary's calm approach and good humour during such a stressful time, for which I'm grateful. It's a wonderful area, I'm glad I turned down Cressida Road that day and saw Whitehalls' distinctive yellow signage.

I have known Gary and Whitehalls for some 14 years. I have had many meeting with hm over the years and I found him to be someone I could trust. Very direct and straight answers to straight questions. Has incredible knowledge of this local area and an encyclopaedic memory. When it came time to sell up got sound advice what I wanted and he kept in touch at all times. Everyone in the neighbourhood speaks highly of him and his firm. Unusual in 2022 but true. This is 1,000% and honest and true review. Go and have a chat if you think he can help. Makes decent coffee too.

I presented Gary at Whitehalls with a considerable challenge last October. I asked him to manage the sale of my house in Whitehall Park to a very tight timetable, achieve the asking price, and manage a situation where I had paying guests in the house who were booked to stay until just before Christmas. I'm pleased to say that Gary overcame all aspects of the challenge with consummate skill and diplomacy. There were many ups and downs over the two months, necessitating Gary's intervention and sensitivity, but he was calm and resolute throughout and allowed me to retain my equilibrium. Overall a very satisfactory experience, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Gary to any prospective seller of a Whitehall Park property. His unique depth of experience in the area allows his judgement to be second to none on pricing, and his character and integrity give both buyer and seller confidence at a very high level throughout what can be a fraught process. Without doubt, a five star verdict!
