In our letting process they have always been so kind and proficient providing us all the necessary information and answering clearly to all our questions. They made the process so easy and we always felt supported and lucky to deal with them. Thank you very much for your professionalism.
3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I'm consistently surprised by how easy KF&H make property management look. They are not really on top of things, and don't show any professionalism or competence, and it doesn't seem to matter at all! Some observations of my interactions with them as a tenant: Will they reply to you promptly and keep you updated through the tenancy application process? No. Is their portal easy to use and navigate? Not particularly. Will they make you use a referencing company that harvests your data and spams you? Yes. Will they arrange a clear handover and move in process? After you ask twice. Will they even give you the correct keys to the property? Nope. Will they require you to spend your own time cancelling direct debits and setting up standing orders because of changes they decide to make to their systems? Yes. How will they communicate that? By sending emails that look like phishing attempts. Will they notify you of rent increases before they take effect, or will they instead allow you to discover the new amount retrospectively through an arrears notification? Second one. On the plus side, I always get a good laugh out of my interactions with them. Everything was straightforward and stress-free, and she took the time to answer questions and keep me updated. I would highly recommend KFH (and Ashleigh in particular) to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting agent. Thank you for such a positive experience!

During the process it was great to know I had support from my agents and they went the extra mile to keep things moving when there were holdups on the conveyancing front. I would happily come back next time I move home.

She made everything much easier and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Her support and organization really reduced the stress of moving. 19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)My husband and I bought a house through Charles David Casson a couple years back and they were the worst part of the process. Their communication was poor from start to finish. They recommended the worst solicitors, DO NOT go for the solicitor they recommend. They failed to adequately arrange viewings and made the process HELL. At several points I had to request their manager to intervene, who was equally useless. If you enjoy stress and headache, you can go for them. If the seller had not been so lovely and accommodating, we would not have got this sale over the line. We literally did all the work whilst they twiddled their thumbs and wasted our time. After the sale went through, they’ve been harassing me periodically to give a valuation of the house- in case I want to sell. Haunting me even to this day.
