Think twice about giving this company your personal details. We invited William H Brown to value our property in August 2023. I advised shortly after that we were not going to proceed. Since then, I have received calls from them at least once a month, where they leave me a voicemail asking me to call back. On 28th Jan 2025 I emailed to request they remove me from their call list. They did not reply and the calls continued, so I emailed again on 6th Feb and 13th Feb, as I had received further unsolicited calls on those days. I received no response to my emails, and I continued to receive calls. On 18th Feb, they called again, so I returned the call, complained about my experience, and requested they remove me from their call list and stop calling me. They called me again on 19th March and today, 27th March. I have reported the company to the ICO and called again today to advise them of this. I was informed today that definitely, 100%, I would not receive any further calls. When I asked why this wasn't actioned previously, they said they didn't know. The regularity of the calls I've received over a span of almost 2 years since I last engaged with them is inappropriate, and to not be removed from their call list when this was requested on multiple occasions is a breach of GDPR.

Connor from WHBrown has been amazing throughout the whole process and really helpful. As first time buyers he took the time to explain everything to ensure we understood it all, and was always available when we had any questions.
However, we were sold the service of using their solicitors which as first time buyers we thought would be great, one less stress. We were told they’re really good, we work with them all the time, you don’t need to worry about chasing them, we do all the chasing etc etc.. this has not been the case at all. It is a constant on going battle to get any contact from the solicitor , and it seems to be delay after delay with no answer.
We have been ready for nearly 2 months now, and were told start of September we’d be in, then it has been ‘next week’ every week since.
Looking at the reviews of Premier Property Lawyers, it is a very very common issue, there is hundreds and hundreds of negative reviews all stating the same thing. The solicitors are awful, we signed a conflict letter as the seller is using the same solicitors yet our solicitor can never seem to get ahold of them , which is delaying us - apparently even working for the same company means nothing. The past 2 weeks we have had no update when we should’ve been in the house by now.
DO NOT use their solicitors.

Rahim Rahman is the star of the office he works tirelessly for the customer. He answers the phone when you need him , and will stay in contact throughout the process . Regular updates on the market makes you feel like a valued customer and that fills you with confidence the right person is dealing with the sale of your property. Exceptionally smart and great communication . If you have any doubts about estate agents ask for Rahim and you won't be disappointed. He will even take a call on his days off ..Top Man in our opinion.

So twice this week I received calls from their office where someone has rang me, then hung up. I called the office and spoke to hakeen? Raheem? Asked why am I being called and I want to be removed from the database, he asked my name abruptly and I said, Naomi then he asked for surname and I paused and said oh it might be my maiden name or new name, can I give you some other details. He then rudely says he will make sure they don’t call Naomi. I was like ?? How will you know it’s not me they’re calling, I’ll give you my surnames you can check both? He then said I’ll make sure they don’t call and hung up.
Pretty sure their are some strict rules about marketing and people asking for their details to be removed so will be researching this. Glad I never gave them my business

This estate agent is dealing with the sale of my late mums house. We have had no feedback or update from them. They were deceitful and have not kept their word .
My mother's house was on the market from May .They did not promote the property all they did was to asked us to reduce the selling price.
Finally received an offer from a buyer however we have not received any feedback from William H Brown.
Worst service ever. We would have gotten out sooner however we had signed a 4 month contract in April 2022.
The property is under offer at a reduced price however we don't know what is going on.

They are unprofessional My mum's house is still on the market from beginning of May and I have received any feedback from the company I have to ring the company or drop by the office to know what's going.on This company dropped the price on 2 occasions knowing that it's a sellers market.

Invited WHB to sell a deceased relatives property. They were informed it would be a probate sale. I ended up chosing another agent. Eight months later they call asking if I "had managed to get rid of the property in ....." What a totally unprofessional way to ask what they needed to know. What's wrong with asking the less offensive, respectful and professional 'I this property still on the market'.

Contacted them to deal with a sale of a house, dealt with Gino the manager, he came out to complete a valuation and took photos etc, property went live the following day and had a number of viewings, we accepted an offer within 24 hours of being on the open market. Gino kept us up to date with everything, every step of the way until completion. Very professional and friendly and achieved the best price for us, would highly recommend their services and would definitely use again.

Contacted them to view a property, they called and confirmed 11:00 am on 19/02 and the lady said she will send a text and email to confirm and provide full address. No text or email was received and the messages went unanswered. I called them at 13:50 on 19/2 and spoke to a Mr Mahmood who said Martin is dealing with it and per Martin the viewing was not going ahead and that Martin will call you back. When asked, if it’s going to be today, he said Martin is not in today. It clearly shows that they were not serious about the viewing and unilaterally decided that it won’t go ahead but kept me in a lurch

she was very quick to deal with any questions we had and personally went to find these answers. We were very surprised to find out that she is very new to William H. Recently went to view a property and the estate agent although nice, was unable to answer any questions about the property.
The estate agents were unaware that the property was listed subject to historic england and when I sent them a list of questions over 2 weeks ago I've had nothing but radio silence from them.
Poor customer service, very rude to ignore a potential buyer.
