Having previously used another local agent who was hugely disappointing, we switched agents to Winkworth Clapham Old Town.
From the start we had a 5* experience with Ben - everything from the great photography to the viewing timings that suited us and regular updates and agents that really highlighted the selling points of our flat.
He was hugely helpful throughout the process and always quick to respond to any messages or emails.

My flat was sold to the first viewer and I thought the estate agent lucked out and went home to count his fee. However, after ten months of hand-holding and UN-levels of tactful negotiation, I finally realised that the estate agent keeps the wheels on the deal, while two hopelessly lost souls try to muddle through a sale while being ambushed with the strangest grenades along the way. Christian was a steady, unflappable guide along the way and I've already recommended him to a friend in my old building for conquering the problems the second time around.
