We haven’t sold yet but you can’t go wrong with Woods Homes, especially as they have Julie Copsey (Sales Manager) on their Team. We sold via Julie 20 years ago, she always goes above and beyond in everything she does. The Team at Woods are super friendly and remain focused at all times to get the properties sold, without being pushy. The market has been slow but not their response in getting our property to market. From the point of enquiry, they were swift with valuation, taking photos, a video, details of contract, updates and added information to help buyers, such as, Gas safety certificates, Fensa certificates for windows and all of the other items that can cause a delay while in process of a confirmed sale. Our property was listed in super speed time and courtesy calls are given. We negotiated a short time for the contract but are happy to stay with Woods, despite having letters through the post and even hand delivered by so called local estate agents, who in my opinion are not local at all. MANY different estate agents are trying to poach clients, this is actually off putting when you have such trust in the agent you know has your best interest at heart. THANK YOU so far to the Team in the Kingsteignton office, we know we will have a sold price soon and look forward to the next part of the sales process = the paperwork ????... Read more
