On initial visit 2 figures were discussed, we agreed to market at the slightly higher price to allow "wiggle room"
When the paperwork was sent the contract stated valuation price as the lower figure, but the proof of the brochure had the higher, so I assumed valuation price was just that and brochure was correct.
When it was the rolled out the lower price was on everything.
This was corrected - but doesn't look good to anyone who had already seen online.
The following day we had a viewing, then a phone call to say no feedback on viewing yet.
2 months later I contacted them as I had heard nothing from them at all, not enen a call suggesting lowering price!
I was considering handing in the 28days notice ready for the end of 3 month contract.
Before I fix this Dan asked "what do you want to do?"
I explained I was considering whether they were best people due to lack of contact.
No further discussion was made he simply said that he'd take it off now?
Within 15minutes I'd had an email to confirm.
Can't believe he never even suggested staying with them.

Can and have recommended this branch. A successful sale in a fairly quiet market thanks to Dan. With a massive shout out to Penny who tirelessly pushed through a sale that was significantly delayed (through no fault of the estate agent). Genuinely think there is a chance the sale could have faltered more, or even fallen through, if they hadn't been do diligent.

They will not give your deposit back.
Do not rent the house in Gillingham (3 Maycroft - Bourton SP8 5FR) .
They didn't record a oven door damaged during the first audit, which it was like that before I moved to the house. I showed to the Woolley employee, but she didn't mentioned it to the report. Now I left the house and the landlord is holding my deposit because of that.
It's not fair. I left the house spotless; better then when I moved.
If I have to pay double to sue them, I will.
